     Did you know Joel Embiids dad, Thomas Embiid, is a General in the Cameroonian army?

    While we’re on the subject, would it be possible to make a team with only players with military background? That means players that attended Army, Navy or Air Force, have served in the military themselves or are ‘military brats’.

     So far, I got Ray Allen, Robert Horry, Elgin Baylor, David Robinson, Shaquille O’Neal. 

    Allen, Horry and O’Neal are military brats, Baylor is a U.S. Army reservist and was on active duty during the 61-62 season. David Robinson, well, they call him The Admiral for a reason.

    I’m sure I missed some players and I’m looking forward to your suggestions.

       Well, there are multiple reasons.

      1. We are both named Nick

      2. We were both born on June 1st

      3.He played for USC and I’m a big Trojans fan

      4. I like Kendrick Lamar, Swaggy P is his cousin.

      Besides, he is just a high character guy who makes people laugh.

     Carlos Boozer was born on a military base, so I guess his father was somehow involved in the military.
