I gotta say I  was rather impressed with  a quote I got today.

On whose team the Kings are:

"At the end of the day, everybody in that locker room knows this team is myself and Tyreke’s. I don’t give a [expletive] about no articles [asking whose team it is]. This team goes as far as we carry it.""At the end of the day, everybody in that locker room knows this team is myself and Tyreke’s. I don’t give a [expletive] about no articles [asking whose team it is]. This team goes as far as we carry it."

He’s actually got a point. However much him and Reke improved during the offseason will show two things.

    1. If Reke truthfully deserves to be resigned.
    2. If they are willing to start learning how to win, rather than just losing. And believe me there is a difference. When OKC was losing games before their break out season they will be the first to tell you. "We weren’t losing games, we were learning how to win."

I don’t know how the win and loss column will be effected this season, but I don’t exactly see the Kings being that cupcake anymore that teams eat and enjoy.

Exactly who said this quote again? I’m guessing Demarcus Cousins did (imagine if it wasn’t! Haha)…but still

As someone who recently wrote an article saying Tyreke would be gone soon it’s nice to see a bit of solidarity from the big fella, although I still think they need to dump Thornton as quickly as possible.
