That USA Select Team looked liked it had a lot of talent.

Grant Hill and Chris Webber plus Bobby Hurley who was a stud in college.

It would’ve been interesting to see if Hurley would’ve become a star in the NBA if he didn’t almost die from a car accident in his rookie year. Great to see him though following in his dad’s foot steps as a great Bball coach.

Them talking about MJ now is interesting. There was a post not too long ago about when MJ became the GOAT and I think they are hinting it was happening around the time of the dream team.

Hurley would have done nothing in the league even if he didn’t get in a car accident.

I think almost everyone on the select team got major injuries

    Hurley-car accident

    Penny Hardaway-the foot

    Grant Hill- the ankle

Chris Webber- had good career but tore his knee in SAC

Jama Mashburn- he had 5 years of under 40 games

Allan Houston-good career but knees became bad

Calbert Chaney-didnt he hurt his knee in 2000???

Jason Kidd-only survivor of the curse

Bash Isiah all they want…he was a winner when he played.  The coach of the greatest team alive was quoted saying if Isiah was 5 inches taller he woulda been the greatest player to have ever played.  Plus if Isiah is so hated, why does Drose and even Lebron talk to him?  Why does no player ever say anything bad about Isiah cept marbury?  Players he coached in college even wanted to transfer after he was fired.

How many players can say this….beat Bird, Magic, and Jordan??????

Joadan and Pippen really did a number on Kukoc…He was looking like he did not even want to play…Looking back you really can see now how great this team was…

it was interesting but it couldve been better

it focused i think to much on barkley and MJ

it focused on the team as a whole but it shouldve done it more
