EspressoprodigyParticipantI understand if some think this is a bitter Heat fan, the Spurs played better and deserved to win, going from playoffs to finals the Heat didn’t look like a championship team.
Now, Poppovich to me is the all time greatest coach and I’m not trying to take anything away from him.
I have a theory, I think someone in the great Spurs organization caused that AC shutdown in Game 1 to wear out The big 3 since they play big minutes and part a bigger role. The spurs big rotation allows them to do this, Wade was exausted and Lebron, known to big minutes went down because of it. Furthermore, it had an impact on the freshness of our stars throught the series.

Raef LaFrentzParticipantThey had AC games 2-5, right?
Right. Spurs just won. Better team game, dude. That’s basketball for ya’.

BasketBalAllanParticipantI bet you pop did it himself, sneaking around with a monkey wrench seems just his style. Also, I think that Splitter had sedatives implanted into swabs underneath his finger nail so every screen he set slowed down the defender more and more.

CodySLCParticipantYa that explains it. The A.C. went out for part of one game and it caused the Heat to lose four of five games. Makes sence.

Raef LaFrentzParticipantAnd I was rooting for the Heat, by the way.
This series is why I love basketball so much.

King CaluchaParticipantI agree that I might have been intentional, but the damage wasn’t physical. It always say I can’t blame Lance for taunting Lebron; well… it seems the Spurs got it right this time (whether it was the AC or the excruciating defense).

PlatypusParticipantHow well do you know the arena? Did you know that under the spurs court there is an ice rink? There is a minor league team that plays out of there and is currently in the finals. The Texas Stars play out of there and are about to win the calder cup, why would someone want to melt the ice? Do you know how long it takes to replace an ice or patch one that has holes in it?

LeroyJenkinsParticipantLook at this goof troop
But hey guys check this out
I made fun of my friend Timothy about this SO hard homie is a super duper Heat fan. He didn’t speak to me for days then when I heard about the Heat bouncing back in game 2, I called him from an unrecognized number (so he would pick up) and said “please, dont hang up! I think they might be ok!”
Then we chatted, said our apologies and fell asleep on the phone together.
I made fun of him again after game 5 and he blocked me on PSN
