PlatypusParticipantwhy are you high on him he’ll like never play with Stuckey, Rip, and Ben Gordon. i would have rather of had a defensive 7 footer off the bench because the pistons haven’t had a 7 footer since Darko unless you count Cheikh Samb who never played

PlatypusParticipantya i loved the Greg Monroe pick of course, just dont like the 2nd rounder, we could have had a 1st round talent in Alabi for off the bench which would be great size to have which we dont have

JJeff6Participanti think he can contribute right away
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 4:46pm #341759

PlatypusParticipanti think he can contribute but where are the minutes that he is going to play coming from? they’re going to try to turn him into a point but its gonna be like Stuckey all over again
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 4:46pm #341760

Mr. 19134ParticipantIMO White will score more points in the NBA then Alabi…
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 4:47pm #341762
mwardiaParticipantstuckey is not a PG, im tellin u dude, hes a SG. he only plays 1 cuz bynum isnt really a starting 1 himself, white is a great pick, got a lot of potential, and alabi blows cock
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 4:50pm #341765

PlatypusParticipantyes he will score more but detroit needs to get back to playing defense because thats how they won the championship and why they were good. Having a defensive minded 7 footer who can rebound would be great. Chris Wilcox who sucks, Ben Wallace is great but might retire and the other center is Jason Maxiell who is 6’7 so he would’ve fit great there off the bench
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 4:51pm #341767
mwardiaParticipantmaxiell blows now, ever since his extension he doesnt care no more, dumars turned down the 4th pick, al jefferson for tay and the 7th pick, wtf joe d??
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 4:52pm #341769

PlatypusParticipantI agree with you white is better but he doesnt fill a need
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 4:54pm #341771
mwardiaParticipantur rite tho, but i heard white is a great on ball defender… c man, the pistons fuked up, dumars coudlve gotten the 4th pick, gotten cousins, get a great PF in jefferson, and still gotten white in teh 2nd round, smh at dumars for real
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 4:56pm #341774

PlatypusParticipanti agree but he’s a shooting guard and i just dont see where he’s going to get the minutes with Stuckey who will get time at the 2 this year according to Joe D and Rip and Ben Gordon
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 4:58pm #341775
mwardiaParticipantthen prob expect a trade with rip or sumtin, white doesnt need minites rite away though, i read i think on this site sayin tht terrico has the ability to become better than stuckey
0- Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 7:19pm #341866
redbaboonParticipantokay, im a bit biased cuz im a stuckey fan, but i think itll take alot for white to be better than him anytime soon. i realize that stuckey isnt a pure point, but he is a player, period. his outside game still kinda sucks, but its improving, his penetration skills r great and he has had more than his share of highlights in the paint. close pistons personnell and players claim he is one of the, if not the best on the ball defender they have, and a recent article on detroits homepage solidifies the fact that he is a hard worker and a beastly athlete. he has always been the last one out of the gym too. white is more of a pure point, but stuckey is a better player in my eyes. i am still biased though, but i dont think hell be better than stuckey ever. stuckey has had different styles of play and a new head coach every year as well. give him a good, consistent setting and he should blossom into a fring all star, someone who puts up the stats to be an all star, but isnt maybe the kind of pure player or leader to be one

PlatypusParticipantits gonna be impossible to trade Rip and then once they do they will give like the same contract to Stuckey. Unless Nyk gets Lebron so that we can trade Rip for Curry and maybe a 2nd rounder then its just about impossible

PlatypusParticipantfav player is CP3
do u think Monroe starts off the season at Center or Power Forward?
Stuckey – Bynum (if back) / White
Rip – Gordon / White
Jerebko – Prince / Daye / Summers
Monroe – Charlie V
Wallace (if back) – Maxiell / Wilcoxor

mwardiaParticipanti think he will, hes already better than max rite now IMO, if he was to start at the 4, but expect another rebuiulding year from tha pistons, the size still isnt there
PG-stuckey
SG-rip
SF-prince
pf-jerebko
c-monroe0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 5:28pm #341800

the I in winParticipantI would start him at center, his passing could make ben wallace score and if he is scoring for you he is at an all time in usefullness.
I see what your saying with Terrico, he simple doesn’t fit a need in Detroit. He is plenty talented don’t get me wrong but who are you going to take minutes from on Detroit and give to him?
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 5:33pm #341803

PlatypusParticipanti agree but he’s a little soft so??? i can see the pistons using there cap to sign Will Bynum and another point in Felton
Future at each position if they did
PG Felton
SG Stuckey
SF Jerebko / Daye
PF Monroe
C ????0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 5:33pm #341805
mwardiaParticipanthe doesnt need to play in his 1st yr to much
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 5:36pm #341807
mwardiaParticipantit would be nice to c felton in a piston uniform, take some pressure off stuckey to do all the decisions.
0 - Posted on: Fri, 06/25/2010 - 5:43pm #341818

PlatypusParticipantit would and then stuckey can move to shooting guard and then BG can go back to his role at 6th man and a 3 man guard rotation
