This year has been a fun one with megateams such as the "Heatles" forming, and the big time trades like Melo to NY, and Perks to OKC going through. Although for some fans it has been very hard to watch their team get pounded. As the year winds down lottery draft position becomes ever so apparent, as does players on draft radars. Seems as thou the Cavs and Wolves will be securing the 1, and 2 positions with Washington, Toronto, and Sacramento fighting for 3, 4, and 5. Heres how it looks.

    WASHINGTON WIZARDS
    75  Games Played, 19 Wins

    KEY NOTE
Just got Blatche back from injury (who recently dropped 36 and 19). Has been playing there starters.

    REMAINING GAMES
away vs Charlotte, at home vs Detroit, away vs Indiana, away vs. Boston, at home vs Atlanta, at home vs. Boston,  away vs. Cleveland.

    TORONTO RAPTORS
    75 Games played, 20 Wins

    KEY NOTE
Veterans on this Toronto team have recently been diagnosed with "annoying injuries" that leave them out of lineups from day to day. They seem to be experimenting with their youth to close the season.

    REMAINING GAMES
at home vs Orlando, away vs New York, at home vs. Cleveland, away vs. Philadelphia, at home vs New Jersey, away vs. Milwaukee, at home vs. Miami.

    SACRAMENTO KINGS
    75 Games Played, 21 Wins

    KEY NOTE
Sacramento have been very slow returning Evans in the lineup, but seem to be experimenting and seeing if Evans and Thornton can coexist at the 1, and 2 position. They should be trying to learn if they need a PG in the draft like Irving, Walker, or Knight, if they need a SG like Burks, or if they can go a different direction and are satisfied with their gaurd play.

    REMAINING GAMES
at home vs Utah, away vs Houston, away vs San Antonio Spurs, away vs Memphis Grizzlies, away vs Golden State, at home vs Golden State,  at home vs LA Lakers.

Your Raptors better not pass my Wizards in the lottery standings. I thought we would have a chance at 2, but Minnesota has a tough schedule and they probably have that postition locked up.

The Wizards better lose tonight vs. Charlotte. You guys are in danger of passing us.

Your teams need completly different things…The Raps need a franchise point guard, Complimentary Big Man or Wing Scorer…The Wizards need a Stud Sf or relible Pf/C (Mcgee and Blatche have some inconsistency issues)…The Raps need to worry about the Kings leap frogging the them and getting a top 3 pick or greater, The Kings/Royals can go best point guard or surprise us all and get a Sf, Pf or Center, but I really see the Kings drafting Brandon Knight no matter where they land in the top 5, 3 Calipari sleepers and potential stars…take that pick to the bank…Scarecrow said it first…

^^^The way Kentucky performed last night I was not very impressed; so I don’t think either Jones or Knight will go in the top 5. Both will be lottery picks but 10-14 range not top 5. I also don’t think Knight would be a good PG for the Kings and nor would Kemba because he needs the ball a lot inorder to play his best. This would take away the ball from Evans which is not what the Kings need. (Remember when they had both Martin and Evans and both needed the ball in order to play well?) They need one who can pass well and make everyone around him better. There’s only one PG that has that skill set in this draft, Kyrie Irving.

The bad thing is he’s going top 3 and the Kings are likely to finish with 4 or 5th worst record.

They need some serious lottery luck inorder to land Irving. Unfortunately they have not been very lucky in the lottery: Finish with the worst record in 2009, lands the 4th pick. Finish with the 3 worst record, lands the 5th pick. Odds are against them and they will probably finish with the 4th or 5th pick again. They badly need Kyrie Irving though to become a possible playoff team, (I really think that if the Kings get Kyrie, they will do much better and possibly make the playoffs next year because Kyrie makes both Casspi and Thompson appear better then they actually are) so I think the Kings will trade up with which ever team gets the 2 or 3rd pick (likely 2nd). Kings trade their own pick this year to that team as well as their lottery pick in 2012.

Excuse me, Mr. Canada, but what is "jockin"?  From my knowledge of sports equipment made to protect male genitalia, it sounds quite inappropriate.

The thing is is any of those teams can get the number 1 pick, most likely cavs will slide to maybe 2-4 because its not very often the worst gets the number one pick.

The 4th and 5th picks in the lottery draft are the two most important picks in this race. The odds of retrieving the #1 pick decrease by 6% from the 3rd selection the the 4th selection but only by 0.1% from the 2nd to the 4th. Sacramento is beating Utah by 10, Washington is beating Charlotte by 5 and Toronto is losing by 2.

    A. Brandon Knight would be a great point guard for any team in the league…He lead his team to a final 4 and while he didn’t win the game with last shot it showed he’d be willing to defer to teammates if he’s taking out of play, he’s got better size and shooting ability then Irving and Walker, learned how to play two positions and can defend his man in the league, if by your standards a bad final 4 appearance is grounds for taking injury prone and/or undersized point guards like Kemba and Kyrie before him then hey you sir get a negative 1 from me…
