    WARNING – this is my first mock draft of the year, and the first mock draft I’ve ever shared.  I’m not an expert, but I took the time to consider team needs and other factors.  Let me know what you think, and sorry to anyone who disagrees!

    Thank you, riley.

    I did notice I forgot about Motiejunas.  (1) I’m not totally sold on him, but (2) I think someone will take a chance mid-first round.

     Yeah i like what you did with my teams pick ( the Mavs ) selecting Justin Harper this is exactly the guy the Mavs like and really the only position they need and fits the roll perfectly .I saw this guy sweet 16 and he has alot more potential then most think.He could be a solid back up for Dirk and has good 3 point range that the Mavs like.

    I know you say you’re not an expert, but you did very well. You should have did a 2nd Round also that’s the only way you will get better is to learn from your "mistakes"

    The Cavs won’t take vesely at 4. They would likely take Jonas because they have been high on him for a while now. Its even been reported that Jonas is higher than Kanter on the Cavs board.

    Thanks, tyga23.  I may do the second round tonight or tomorrow if I get the chance.  Will update in this thread if I do.

    draftmangt… you obviously know the Cavs way better than me, but if what you’re saying is true…. that’s scary.  There is no way Jonas is as good as Kanter, in my opinion.  Could it be a smoke screen?  Also, doesn’t the buyout issue scare them?  Thank you for your response.

    I also think Kanter is the better prospect and maybe it is a smoke screen but they have desribed him as a 7 footer with a motor like Noah and the ability to be a much better offensive player than Noah. When i watch him i dont see it but i figure scouts and GMs are much better talent evaluators than me.

     If you put Biyombo 12 with the Jazz I would say it’s perfect.
