I mean, come on guys, it’s clear to me that the Twolves are stacked to make a playoff run this year IF ricky rubio comes over.

    Flynn
    Ellington
    Gomes
    Love
    Jefferson

    Plus Rubio off the bench?!

I mean come on now, that’s definitely a playoff squad…

    😉

When 3 rookies are part of your “starting 6”, then your not a playoff squad..

They could use an upgrade at the wing, just for example..an Andre Iguodala type of player at there 2/3 spot could make them a playoff team, but otherwise they’re bottom of the west for now

Worst team in the NBA right now IMO. If they traded Love to get a good wing, got an upgrade at sg and drafted someone like Aldrich next year they would have a nice young core to build around, maybe in 2011 playoffs.

Out of that group Jefferson is really the only proven guy. Love and Gomes were decent and you have an all rookie backcourt. Not ideal to make a run at the playoffs in a still deep west.

That team would win the NBDL Championship.

If we were part of the BIG TEN maybe. I don’t see us going to the playoffs for at least three years. Not thinking the poster was serious, but hard to tell, who would you take off of last years playoff teams?

Lakers, Nuggets, Spurs, Blazers, Rockets, Mavs, Hornets, or Jazz? Let alone the Thunder and Clippers will have much better years. Just don’t see it happening. And this is coming from a Big T-Wolves fan.

The Rocket’s are the only team i would consider taking off out of those team’s , and i still think they can make the playoff’s, because McGrady is gonna play the whole season, and Yao is reportedly supposed to return ( ESPN )

yeah if they could get quality players at the 2/3 then they would have hopes for the 7th 8th spot but unless that happens definately not

will those T-Wolves beat out Lakers, Spurs, Nuggets, Blazers, Hornets, Jazz, Mavs, Clippers, Rockets, Thunder, and Warriors? Psh. I’ll tell you two words that will lift them over the top. Ricky Rubio. Automatically 6th seed or higher if he is there.

Ricky Rubio will not push them in the playoffs.

Really now? PLAYOFFS? They’ll be lucky to have a somewhat decent record…I don’t ever see this Wolves team being a contender.

Guys I was kidding, I thought you’d know that. I know one player especially someone who is a rookie and new to the American Game can push a team to new levels so fast. I was kidding.

Man, I am not going to be afraid to say it. Ricky Rubio if brought over will lead the T-Wolves to the Playoffs beating out the teams I listed above in order to do so. I see stats of 14 Points, 8 Assits, and 2 Steals. Yes, I know, 2 steals is alot and 14 is alot for someone who didn’t put up big numbers on lesser competetion, but oh well. 🙂 You heard it here first and since I’m being biased I might as well continue on and say the Rockets will make the Playoffs as well and McGrady will push them into the Second Round ending that curse placed on him then Yao will join in the Second Round and help pull off the upset again! WCF at the least is what we get. 😀 Biased enough? RickyRubio9 for Most Biased on NBADraft.net
    haha.

of course i was kidding… there just wasn’t much activity so i figured i’d spark up a little debate… i thought the 😉 at the end of the post would kind of give it away.

i’m no dumby. i’m not even sure if the twolves would win the nbdl championship. 😉
