valentinethe bulls its a lock as long as he passes his physical. i’m not sure i like the signing but it cant hurt having him on the bench. especially with deng’s injury status. they still need to have a pg that doesnt dress i think its should be john lucas lll . they only got two ball handlers. t mac could play some point maybe

DanEboyParticipantAfter all these years…the Bulls finally get their man.

BallerzD30ParticipantYup he is going to sign with the bulls if he passes the physical, if he doesn’t….. this may sound crazy but…. i think he’s going to sign with the lakers…. BUT only of he doesn’t pass….

ultrablue123Participantimagine if he comes to the Bulls and he plays like he did in his prime or close to it. like, what if last season was a fluke? maybe he was still recovering whilst playing with the Knicks and now he’s better. the Bulls would be scary good. even though this probably won’t be the case, i still think he adds a lot to the new and improved Bulls line up.

ChewyParticipanthe could be a great addition, but there is no way he is playing point for the bulls (or any other team)

DanEboyParticipantI really like this pick up…not a huge risk and could be a high reward.

Jul 25, 2010 6:23 PM ESTThe Bulls are prepared to sign free-agent Tracy McGrady if he proves to be healthy and willing to accept a bench role, according to a source.
McGrady is scheduled to workout for Chicago on Monday.
“Nothing is done until it’s done, but I expect the Bulls to sign McGrady later this week,” the source said.
The length and value of the contract McGrady could sign is yet to be determined.

Mr. JewboyParticipanti just hope this helps him get past the first round

dipt1982ParticipantDon’t see this move making much of a significant difference either way. At this point in his career, getting 20 minutes a night with a average around 10-12 ppg would be a good sign. I’m just struggling to see where he fits in on this team…

bullsfan121212i think he can provide some scoring of the bench, veteran leadership, and somebody who can create his own shot at the end of the game

rtbtParticipantI essentially agree with dipt1982. McGrady was a great talent in his younger days, but he’s suffered so many injuries over the years that he’s just a shell of the player he used to be. Unless he undergoes a miraculous Grant Hill type recovery, I think this potential signing is a non issue.

PlatypusParticipanti could see him wearing #2 again, Janero Pargo wore it but he hasnt been signed yet
