Down 95-91. Brutal last couple minutes for Dragic. 2 times he gets caught up in the air with no-where to go. He turns the ball over twice and then just air-balled a wide open 3 pointer that would have brought PHX within 1 pt…

Conley just missed both FT’s as I’m typing this… PHX still has a chance, albeit very small

Awesome game though. Just a boxing match!

yeah, the Dragon really screwed up at the end, but he’s the main reason they were in this position so i’ll give him a pass.

atleast the Suns can move up a couple slots in the draft. still a great story, i remember before the year people were saying they could finish with the worst record of all time. now look, they were in contention to make the playoffs all the way til the last week.

they’re set up good right now for the future. great coach and front office, the Dragon and Bledsoe in the back court, young assets, and alot of draft picks.

yep extremely bright future for this team…can those who watch the Suns religiously weigh in on this: do dragic and Bledsoe co-exist successfully or will it be a problem going forward?

They were 26-12 in games where Dragic and Bledsoe both played until the last week of the season (when Dragon got hurt) so, yeah, they are a great combo.

The best backcourt in the whole NBA (alongside Curry – Thompson) if you ask me.

As a Raptors fan I would beg to differ but thats just if you ask me. You gotta put Toronto in the mix.

I thought that two of the guys who decided to stay in school would have helped the Suns: Willie Cauley-Stein as a rim protector and Montrezl Harrell as an athletic, prototype power forward.

Interesting to see where they go with their multiple picks.  There should be some good wings left: Stauskas might be the guy to pair with Gerald Green on the wing.  Rodney Hood could be there.  James Young would be great, as would Cleanthony Early.  … Shabazz Napier would be an interesting third guard as a backup to Dragic and Bledsoe.

At 26 I think they should look at Jarnell Stokes as a heavy duty power forward who can score inside and rebound.  He is a guy they can throw at the big 4’s like Z Bo.  At 44 they should look at Alex Poythress if he comes out (and they don’t draft a power forward in the first round).

With picks at 14 and 17 the Sixers might even be able to move up some.
