Should they trade up to get him? KG at Center and Sullinger at the 4. Celtics need rebounding and a banger. What to you guys think on the C’s being a fit for Sully?

I like it, but don’t love it.  If the Celtics were to trade up I would rather it was for PJ3, to help boost their transition game, and PJ3 has more potential on both ends of the floor, although Sullinger is better on defense right now and is the more polished offensive player.  I do like the idea of the Celtics trading up, though, and I like the idea of taking a 4 high.

I like them keeping thier picks and drafting Nicholson or Royce White with either 20 or 21 better.

Will KG be there next year? I don’t think the Celtics nor the HEAT can get past the Thunder, but if the Celtics do win then KG might come back, but this could be a very different Celtics team come next season.

He will do well in workouts.

If they resign Jeff Green, which in all cases is more than likely, PJ3 would be a bit redundant.

Although Dion Waiters seeems to have already gained a promise from a team, if he falls, I would love it if the Celtics could snag him and Fab Melo or Quincy Miller.

I think the Celtics try to move up for Austin Rivers…although they do need a Center and Wingman…

Perry only looked okay in workouts today.  He was trying hard to silence the rumors about his motor and his effort was noticed, yet he really struggled against stronger prospects like Royce White and Terrance Jones.  He also loves that fadeaway too much.  The guy is 6’11” and he’ll constantly fade away over 6’8” guys.

He may raise some eyebrows with athletic numbers, but he wasn’t a standout in the drills I saw today.

The thread is about the Celtics trading up to get Sullinger, not taking him 21st.  PJIII was brought up in the same scenario.

Ideally, I would like the Celtics to draft Andrew Nicholson and Will Barton, with perhaps Quincy Miller instead of one of them, but other than that I would be happy for them to trade up, as I don’t love all of the options for them at 21 and 22.

If they traded up to get Sullinger, I would be quite disappointed in the Celtics.

He’d probably play a similar role to what Glen Davis did, and trading two first rounders for that is unneccessary.

If they did move up, I wouldn’t mind if they took PJ3 or Moultrie.
