ghettosermonParticipantWhat do you think?
Atlantic:

New OrleansRight now I have to go Southeast tbh. With Orlando, Miami, and Atlanta I think you have 3 of the top 4 teams in the East, possibly even the top 3 teams in the East as Atlanta won 53 games last year and has kept the team in tact while adding small pieces like Jordan Crawford and Josh Powell along with the natural improvement of Horford, Smoove, and Teague. The other two teams Charlotte was a playoff team last year and Washington has one of the brightest young rosters in the NBA. Every team in the division has the talent to make the playoffs although Washington and Charlotte probably don’t make it.
I’ll rank them like this:
1)Southeast
2)NorthWest
3)Pacific
4)Southwest
5)Central

WizardofOzParticipant1. Southeast
2. Northwest
3. Southwest
4. Pacific
5. Central
6. AtlanticIMO, the best division in the NBA is the Southeast. I think every team has a chance to be over .500 except Washington, but Washington might be close to .500 next season. 4 out of 5 teams in the Southeast made the playoffs. The Southeast has arguably the best team in the NBA in the Miami Heat, have a top 5 team in the NBA in the Magic, the Hawks, the Bobcats, and the Wizards who are up-and-coming. The Southeast is stacked.

ghettosermonParticipantThat’s irrelevant because the Bulls are the best in their division and the Hawks are 3rd in theirs. Also that’s not a proven. The Hawks are a proven 50 win team and have the same team coming back. The Bulls may be more talented but they will have up and down swings in their first year growing together.

sammybuckeye13ParticipantNorthwest had 4 50-win teams last year and this year at least two should improve (Porland and OKC), one will probably stay about the same (Denver), and one is a major wild card but could easily win 50 again (Utah). Southeast is the strongest in terms of boasting contenders but the Northwest is pretty damn stacked.

RickyRubio9ParticipantI think the Southwest has one of the best, although none of those teams are consider legit contenders due to a number of reasons.
If CP3 stays on the Hornets I believe they’ll be better then .500, they’ll find a way.
I expect my Rockets to win at least 50 games.
Dallas & San Antonio have reached the 50 game mark for like a bijillion years in a row. & Memphis is questionable, they had a good year last year, but I’m not sure if they can repeat it. Maybe then can though.
But I wouldn’t call the Southwest the best in the Business. not anymore at least.0 - Posted on: Sun, 07/25/2010 - 7:15pm #362716
huff09ParticipantSouthwest, all are tough hard nosed teams. Ricky Rubio is right tho, no title contenders.
