It would be a good addition, they would have to get rid of Delonte, but a rejuvenated Stephen Jackson is better than West in my opinion.

GoldenState would give up Jackson basically for free cause he has a bad contract and a bad attitude! But think of this line up

    c- Shaq
    pf-Jackson
    sf-James
    sg-West
    pg-Williams

that would be the best cleveland could do and having big z that be pretty good

Are you talking about STEPHEN Jackson playing PF or DARNELL Jackson? Either way, that wouldn’t be realistic, but just wondering…

Cleavland is banking hard on winning it this season. And if they don’t have to give up much more then Ilgauskas, then i think it would be a smart trade for them. Stephen can play multiple positions and shoot.

who would the cavs trade/who would the warriors want in this trade?
    this trade works:
Stephen Jackson for Delonte West, JJ Hickson, and a draft pick

warriors would want hickson, but west is a maybe cause he is also kinda a head case
cavs probably dont wanna get rid of hickson, but they might have to throw something sweet into the deal

i’ve read that the warriors would be willing to give him up for an expiring contract like Ilgauskas.

That would be an interesting trade but Jackson wouldnt play PF he is a guard of small forward he will be playing SG in cleveland I think and they would have some size at the sg with him the line up should be.
    C-Shaq
    PF-Varejo
    SF- James
    SG- Jackson
    PG Williams

Doubtful the Cavs get Jackson just can’t see the Cavs trading for a guy with 4 years on his contract.
They just spent so much on Varajeo, Moon, Parker and they are tied up with Williams, and Gibson too.
That team would need a lot of quality big men.

He would definately help but I think the Warriors are going to wait and try to get more than Hickson, West and a pick.
The pick would be almost a 2nd rounder considering how good the Cavs are in the reg. season.
Then again if the Warriors just want to get rid of him now trading him for Z is a good option for both teams.
