HazelParticipantMarquis Chris is looking quite advanced in his understanding and natural feel for he game given his age. That coupled with his supreme athleticism, and he feels like an all-star if he has the work ethic and focus. He seems to be both athletic and agile for his size. He has a nice stroke and can put the ball on the floor. He has the quickness to guard 1-4. He feels like a perfect fit next to Booker. I would not be surprised to see him as some mixture of Kawaii and Paul George one day. Don’t know if he will ever be a playmaker like them but defensively versatile and offensively explosive. That would be his ceiling floor is Bostons Green.
I think he will play a lot more three than people thought because of his quickness just like Kawaii
Bender on the other hand looks lost.
Any other players who are looking like they could be a stud or a bust early on?

natevalParticipantNo doubt Chriss looks good!

ChewyParticipantis Caris LaVert. He has the size, a good head, smart basketball mind and Beilein style skill development. I have no idea what (if any) athletisicm will be left, but he can be an above average starter in 3 years. Maybe.

DolanCareParticipantThe word you’re looking for is ‘Beileinian’.

Chilbert arenasParticipantFrom what I’ve seen so far:
Chriss-What the hell were the Kings thinking?!?! Moves like a genetic freak on the floor. For being "raw"he has good footwork and balance.
McCaw- Cost 2 million for GSW to trade for him on draft day, McCaw should repay them the favor in his next contract with a 2 million discount.
Ulis- Has played well in short minutes, great feel for the game
Felder- Also fell in a great spot with veterans around him and a need for him at back up PG, curious how he’s going to fair on defense.

OhCanada-ParticipantSiakam is turning heads in Toronto. His athletisism is off the charts. His motor is nonstop and at times he is going to fast which is a good problem to have. He will be in the leavue for a while.
Felder is my guy and should be at the top of everyones list for draft steals. He is like Eric Bledsoe and a very excitong player to watch.
Paul Zipser could be a great role player. He fits Chicagos team needs well but will have to fight alot of guys for a little minutes.
Brogdon should fit in well with the Bucks. Smart player that gives his all on both ends of the court on or off the ball. With Middleton out expect him to have a Norman Powell/Josh Richardson type rookie year.
Troy Williams may get a roster spot with the Grizzlies. He is a knockdown shooter with standout athletisism. Tom Crean proving once again he can coach.

Jaymes BrownParticipantPlenty of candidates to be this year’s Terry Rozier. I’ll go with Ante Zizic at 23 to the Celtics. If Jusuf Nurkic is the Bosnian Boogie, then Zizic is the Croatian Cousins.
Keep in mind, Jonas Jerebko is the Swedish Larry Bird.

ZachAttackParticipantYeah, Terry Rozier and his 1.8 ppg, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.9 apg in 8 whole minutes!

binetParticipantToo soon to call Rozier a steal. He was taken 16th overall and is clearly not among the 10 most impressive players in his draft class so far. 16 seems about right for him I would say, not at all a steal.
Justin Anderson was taken below him and already has proven more.
He was taken just 3 picks after Devin Booker.

ThenilonatorParticipantI’ve been impressed with Atlantas rookies Prince and Bembry. While neither will win ROY they both look to have nice careers

CU.LIONSParticipantJalen Brown still looks "Very Young" at times, but has shown at times the type of potential that has made him the 3rd pick of the draft. Unfornately Boston is so deep at guard his minutes may be hard to predict from night to night. But his talent is hard to deny.

D7H7NParticipantMcCaw has a nose for the passing lane, can somehow knock down 3s with that ugly shot of his, and has shown he can be clutch. He also blocked Larry Nance last night.

DolanCareParticipantIvica Zubac. I know he hasn’t gotten much play in the preseason, which is a bit ridiculous considering Tarik Black and Mozgov are known commodities. I hope Walton gives some PT to Zubac and let him develop, I see as Robin Lopez with a slightly higher ceiling.
He probably will never be an All-Star but I could see a team frantically over pay him in 2024 free agency ala Timofey Mozgov, which means he’ll be a solid player.
