fliptonnParticipantMaybe he works his way back into the rotation but he’s not gonna start. Popo’s a great coach, he’ll probably make his changes in strategy not personell.

DondiJohnParticipantSpurs just got blown out. I’d like to see Dejuan Blair to start again and hustle his team back. They lack offensive rebounding and second chance points. He’s also a big body that would set off ball screens to free up Parker.
Btw, Parker was greatly covered by Thabo. Good job by Thabo!

Wavy BagelsParticipantThey need to free up Parker and Ginobili, Captain Jack needs to take those shots he made early, the bigs need to re-command the paint and the team as a whole MUST turn down the turnovers. Blair back in lineup will help as well, but they needed this loss. It shows them they’re not perfect and even Coach Pop has to make changes. I expect the Spurs to come back HUGE for Game 4.

DolanCareParticipantI agree that Stephen Jackson needs to be a part of the offense more. They need his shooting, and he could get to the line too, then that makes the Spurs guards job much easier.
I disagree that Blair is the answer though. The Thunder are long and athletic which would limit his effectiveness drastically. I have a hard time seeing him grabbing offense boards in the same paint as Ibaka and Perk.

BruinSteveParticipant^^^Dejuan Blair had 22 and 11 in just 26 minutes the last time he played significant minutes against OKC

omphalosParticipantThe reason Spurs lost was because the 3-ball simply wasn’t dropping like it was in game 2. I don’t expect them to miss on so many open looks two games in a row, it all comes down to execution, the system is fine as is.

TomShoeParticipantNo frickin’ wonder, Thabo and Ibaka had good nights.
The Thunder are a really youthful and mercurial team. To beat them, you have to beat them mentally, you have to CRUSH ANY LITTLE SLIVER OF HOPE THEY HAVE, don’t let them get fired up, ignore that youthful energy.
Also, don’t turn the ball over, keep Thabo and Ibaka from being scoring options, don’t let them get in transition, and be sure do CRUSH THAT HOPE (make lots of open 3s, dunk some, keep the crowd quiet, no and-1s, lots of fancy French passing)
In other words, let the system do it’s think, and make those open treys.
Oh, and don’t let Westbrook do that annoying "lets go!" running thing. I’ve already seen it twice, the last time when he drained that and-1 against the Lakers in game 5.
Whenever I see that, it makes me want to throw my computer out the window.

See? That annoys the crap out of me.

A Lil EnglishParticipantWestbrook gets reeeeally excited over highlight plays and its annoying. But he is playing very well so…moving along lol.
