sweaterflexParticipantIn La Liga (the second most competitive league in the world) Rodriguez won MVP in the 2013-2014 season as an uber-efficient pass-first point guard, sort of like Mark Price in his prime. He is unlikely to shoot above 50% on his 2s like he did in Europe, but he will do a much better job of spreading the floor than any PG for Philly since Jrue Holiday.

sweaterflexParticipantThat is true, but he is now outside of his athletic prime and NBA rim defense has become a higher priority since the institution of the verticality rules.

vulture711ParticipantSpanish chocolate ! Crack me up. They need depth at point and some shooting – can probably get that cheaper from Europe than free agents here. He’s been in the league and knows how to play. The real point guard of the future probably comes in the lottery next year

NBAjunkie81ParticipantI Luv it! just turned 30 years old, 6’3” former 1st round pick – #27 overall – of the Phoenix Suns…..
in the 2006 NBA Draft…. Originally from Spain….. plays Point Guard
solid professional……. nothing to get excited about …… but it’s so important for Phila to find some
Professional Basketball players at the Guard positions to be a coach on the floor & help these young
Blue Chip prospects Phila has accumulated…….. Phila now has Two solid – if not spectacular "Game Managers" who influence on the court & in the Locker room…….
