He’s Killing the Bulls. Hes not even Deron Williams anymore.

Whatever you do, don’t look at his stats this season.

Ironically, he called out Delly as inferior competition just a week ago….and he’s been so much better than him this season.

Truthfully, dude hasnt played a good game since his MVP season.

I’ve given him enough time because I really liked him when he was balling.

But as the old saying goes….

Stick a fork in him…..he’s done.

Rose was dropped in a 12-team fantasy league I am in.  I got him as a waived player.

A coach new to the NBA, as a coach.  New roles for nearly everyone.  There is a cure for a team off to a slow start, the 76ers.  Going scoreless in overtime is strange but getting to play the 76ers should make people forget that.

For thsoe that like the PER stat, right now Brooks is nearly double that of Rose.  Bairstow is at 7.3, Rose is barely above him at 9.1, McDermott and Brooks are around 17.  Rose would be last on the Bulls for field goal percentage, if Noah wasn’t there.

I say give Rose the 76ers game, if he is still seeing double and can’t star against that winless team with few useful guards then Rose is going to be in trouble and maybe the Bulls start thinking about starting someone else for a while.  That would give the Bulls the best bench in the NBA with Noah, Gibson, McDermott (when Dunleavy returns), Snell and Rose.

Theres lots of Derrick Rose trade rumors doing the rounds.

Brian Windhorst on ESPN said "the Derrick Rose breakup with the Bulls has begun"

I posted a thread about a few weeks ago, saying Roses inner circle wants out.. Reggie Rose has completely influenced his brothers basketball career and still is.. Bulls are tired of the BS.. This whole thing can become real toxic for the Bulls, if they don’t handle it correctly.. If GarPax can find a potential trade they have to pull the trigger..

This would be a great opportunity to get an extra pick in the 2017 draft..

I wouldn’t be so quick to judge.

He just outplayed Westbrook and his vision still isn’t 100%.

See how he looks at All-Star break before going in on him so hard.

Youre missing the point here, its not about performance.. Lots of this is behind scenes with Roses camp, if Rose comes back playing well soon it still wont matter..

Let’s be clear…  Derrick Rose is currently injured and have been for the past 4 years.  His numbers haven’t been the greatest, but when he’s on the court his movements look as if he’s the player he was 4 years ago.   He just haven’t found a groove yet (which is understandable).   The issue I have here is that D. Rose have stated on multiple occassions that he sees double right now.  So, people like yall are ready to throw in the towel with him 7 games into the season?   Are you kidding me?   He has shown promise with his play, he’s just not hitting right now.  Which is something I can’t hold against him because you know, he is seeing 2 baskets at this moment.

I legit hate the "what have you done for me lately" posts here.  It’s literally the most bandwagon response ever.   Either do "well" or you’re trash…   The hell with a player already proving himself prior to this…  Doesn’t mean ISH if he’s not doing great RIGHT NOW…

Anyway…  The Bulls are playing decent even with D. Rose in a rut.   I also think the Bulls aren’t going anywhere without D. Rose playing at a high level.   They can’t beat teams in a 7 games series without D. Rose period.   I just don’t understand why people think they can with this rubbish.  This have been proven continously the past 4 years.   Jimmy Butler has improved, but he’s not a "go to" superstar late in the 4th QT during the playoffs type of guy.  Neither is Pau Gasol (or anyone else on the Bulls roster).   The only player to get his shot when he wants it and able take over is Derrick Rose.   The Bulls will go as far as he goes and to "get rid of him" is fawking stupid.  Especially this year…

If the Bulls want to go into a different direction…fine..  Blow up this team and start over…  Noah, Gibson, and D. Rose gone…   The rest of these players will be unable to carry this team into the playoffs.   They legit will have to rebuild and Gasol  has what 2-3 years left before he retires?   Build this team around Jimmy and Nikola & move on…

Until then, shut up and wait until D. Rose become consistent because you need him to be with this current roster.

"What have you done for me lately?"…I’d say in this case we’re well beyomd the ‘lately’ stage.

As for his trade value…I doubt theres a team in the NBA that wants D-Rose right now.

You would never get anything of value for him. In my opinion youd probably have to give something up just to dump his contract. Hes not a starter in the league any more. Theres plenty of guys coming off benches for other teams on better contracts than D-Rose. Hes simply been awful.

Double vision isn’t an excuse for me.

After watching Dallas get fleeced with Rondo…you think another team is giving up a 1st rounder for an always injured PG with a bad attitude?

At this moment, Derrick Rose is due $42 Million over the next 2 years.  I doubt the Bulls will get something of value for him right now.  Someone that will come in and take them to the next level.   Which their best bet is to wait on Rose and see if can become his old self.   This current Bulls squad is built to win now and no team out there is able to give Chicago what they need for Rose this year.   If the Bulls decide to trade him to let’s say, Philly for a contract dump, they’re still short of a superstar to take them to the next level.   They might as well just rebuild the entire team now.

But the Bulls will be stupid to do that THIS year.  They’ve waited this long for Rose to get healthy, so they should wait another year to see how far they get.  He still has the #3 selling jersey in the league, so it’s not like he’s costing them money.   The seats get filled…   The Bulls just need to continue to be patient.

As far as the "double vision isn’t an excuse for me" comment…     BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO…
