On this site there is probably not a bigger Lebron hater than me….ever since his antics on the court when the Cavs were crushing the Bulls I was very put off by this guy and have been vindicated the rest of the publics realization that Lebrons so called charm was really just unjustified arrogance

However, one thing that must not be forgotten is how horribly miscoached the Cavs were in the playoffs….For anyone who watched the Cavs regular season games, it was shocking to see Mike Brown completely panic and change his rotation….JJ Hickson, a solid contributer on a team that won the most games in the NBA was forgotten and Shaq and Big Z were barely given any time on the court to find a rythym…..It seemed that after the first threat from the C’s Brown panicked and throughout the playbook essentially starting from scratch with a team that led the NBA in wins…Because of this the tempo slowed considerably and Lebron and the rest of the team were completely our of rythym….The personal blowups of players were certainly a huge part of it, but in my opinion that was one of the worst coaching jobs I’ve ever seen

I have never thought Mike Brown was a good coach. His record was only good because of LBJ. He’s not one of the coaches that can bring out the best of his players. I wonder why he was considered as a “good” coach by some.

Anyway, he fell under the curse of coach of the year award. Almost every coach who won coach of the year would be fired the season after getting the COY. Doc River, Smitch, etc.

JJ Hickson didnt start because they had just acquired Jamison so Jamsion started over him but Brown is a terrible coach

JJ Hickson will be better than Jamison next year. Mike Brown might finally see the mistake of benching him for pretty much the whole playoffs

Mike Brown sucks balls. I hated his slow down style, when he had the best fast break player in the game.

J.J. Hickson will never be as good as Jamison esp. not next year.
Jamison can at least shoot the ball, handle, yeah he’s a weak defender but he was guarding KG not exactly a bum.
Mike Brown should’ve kept the lineup the same just put in Varajeo in for Jamison against the Celtics.
Shaq would’ve helped becaz he’s there only low post threat.
The whole slow pace and having Lebron go 1 on 5 in a half court caught up with them, needed to play a wide open offense with Mo Williams, Parker as shooters and Varajeo, Shaq finishing and Lebron handling.

Antawn Jamison isn’t even close to being the same player he used to be.
