Lakers fans have to be the most bias and judgmental fans in the NBA. In forum debates on here and NBA pages on Facebook when it comes to talk about who’s better Lebron or Kobe, they constantly bag on how Lebron can’t win a ring on his own, he’s a choker, call him every name in the book, and how they can’t stand him. But now that there is a possibility of him coming to LA in 2014 most/all of you guys are hopping on this bandwagon and welcoming him with open arms. Lol someone please tell me why lakers fans are like this.

Well, let’s be real here. Other than Miami, just about everyone hated LeBron when he left Cleveland.

However, if he were to come to their teams, they’d all accept him with open arms lol. It’s not just Lakers fans.

True, but it happens all the time with them. Last year they were pleading their case that Bynum was better than Howard, but now that they have Howard they say he’s the best center in the league like wtf?

As a wolves fan, I can honestly say I don’t want him.. He’s a great player don’t get me wrong, right now he is the best. But the way he left Cleveland really rubbed me the wrong way. I want to cheer guys who you can tell want to play and win for the city/state they are playing and you can tell by their emotions that the color of the jersey on their back actually matters. I don’t see that being the case with Lebron.

As a Wolves fan, I would love him to be on our team. Lebron is the one player in the league who 100% guarentees you a playoff birth.

.. If Lebron came to Minnesota I wouldn’t cheer for the Wolves any more than I do now. Sure it would be cool but I always would be a bigger fan of Love, Rubio, and Pekovic just because they’re ‘Wolves’ players.. Any championship of Lebron gets is ‘His’ not ‘his teams’, I’d rather the Timberwolves made the playoffs than ‘Lebron James and the Minnesota Timberwolves’.. Does that make sense to anyone? I can’t be the only person who still thinks this way, if I was a Miami fan I would have gotten really sick of hearing ‘Lebron James and the Miami Heat’ this past year..

Kevin Love was talking about leaving if they don’t improve the team.  Rubio never wanted to go to Minnesota in the 1st place but I can only assume you love them.  This is a really dumb statement.  You are probably the biggest Lebron hater on this forum.

I don’t hate Lebron at all. He plays for the Heat, not the timberwolves. It’s as simple as that. He’s a legend already, but to have him become a legend on more than a couple teams diminishes both the luster of the those teams and his own in a way. The point of an NBA season is for a Team to win an NBA Championship, not individual players. Except in Lebron’s case, he is the only player in the league who plays for an individual NBA Championship, this will become especially acute if he changes teams again when he’s still dominant.

You are entitled to your own opinion. As am I, so you don’t have to make anything personal.

See this is the notion I hate.  Do people actually think Jordan or Kobe would not have changed teams if their team was as bad as what Lebron had in Cleveland.  Why don’t people hate on Shaq for leaving the Magic to go to the Lakers when he was in his prime?  And he had a better supporting cast than what Lebron had.

Being a huge Lebron fan, if he went to the lakers i’d be highly pi$$ed.  I can’t stand them and I’m sure Kobe would be sad if LBJ went there and overshadowed his greatness.

And I can tell you atleast 60% of Laker fans don’t even watch Basketball. You ask them if they know Kobe’s jersey number and they start smiling. Laker fans a year ago will say "Bynum is better than Howard." But now they are saying the exact opposite. They will sit there and call Pau Gasol, who was an important member of their championship runs quote on quote ‘useless’.

Laker fans are what I hate the most.

there are 5 threads about the lakers on the first page of this forum right now and not one of them is by a laker fan. In fact one is titled kobe is worthless. There are probably 2 anti laker threads for every 1 pro laker thread. It seems to me people need to stop being jelly and just focus on their own team. But i understand, success breeds resent. Im sure every team has dumb fans, its just laker fans are the ones you want to not like.

I don’t like lakers fans, I just resent the ignorant kobetard ones, we’ve debated about the lakers before(I think I had a post up about how the lakers window was closing). You actually keep an open mind and state valid points, so the hate on this thread isn’t directed towards you, just the ignorant ones.

Even if he come to Lakers,he will never be like Kobe..Lakers don’t need him 2 be a championship team..and one thing about Howard/Bynum..Bynum is more skilled center,he’s gonna have huge season in Philly,in lakers attack he was 3rd option and now he’ll be 1st ; )
