Apparently there has been a lot of difficulty signing in for many posters on here. Long time posters too. armchairgm brought this up in another thread earlier at some point. Thankfully he is posting again, as he’s a longtime poster here. But their are many more posters who have the same problem armchairgm had…”On a side note was anybody else locked out of this site for like a week? I kept getting a 400 bad request for cookies/header file being too large. Had to turn off my cookies on this site to be able to use the site, but then you can’t log in to forums because your cookies are off. Randomly tried to turn cookies back on today and seems fine again…” I don’t want to see him or any other poster leave the site over bad site management.
So the site is having the 400 bad request, and it has problems from logging in to signing up – bottom line is that we’d like to get some traction to this site if anything, not watch it fade. Don’t want to lose posters. This 400 bad request needs to get fixed. What’s going on? Anyways, really hoping we can get this fixed. I like this site and the posters on it. This time of year is when the traction is higher, so the sooner the better… Sorry for the rant, but I’d like to see users on here and other mock drafts, etc. on here as a draft community. Anyways, can this be fixed?

It’s happened before in past years ago. I am a really OG poster, used to be Coach Wyers or Coach Jon, can’t remember which one on here Hitster remembers lol and was locked out for years before I could get back on. When I was able to finally get back on once they moved the site to a new host or did some design changes I had to create a new account thus the Armchairgm name now. If it happens again I am just done with the site and will just go to Reddit likely or stop posting all together. I would say me and Hitster are the oldest OG draft posters still around way back from the Draftexpress heyday in the early 2000s.

    Don’t remember a Funkybunch from back in the day, but def since the name change to Norrin Radd one of the few people that regularly conversates here with me, Hitster, and Oh Canada. Dazzling Dunks and Both Teams Played Hard as well, but not as frequently as us 4.

Nope had no picture. I was only really active here after the Draft Express boards died. Those had so many people and a lot of good analysis. I got a summer internship with Impact Academy when they first branched out to California and off from IMG Academy in Florida working out draft prospects from my postings on there. Wish I had stopped coaching and stuck with that, even though they aren’t in Long Beach anymore and moved to Vegas, they are the #1 place for the draft prospects and pros (to do their summer workouts). Oh well hindsight is 20/20 and I had a great 18 year coaching career at the college and high school level (coaching and coaching against a few NBA guys) until I stopped coaching in 2017.

I joined Draft Express in 2004/05 – Coach Jon joined around that time and his insight was always tremendous. I thought Jon didn’t post on here much as he likely had a busy family/work life – didn’t realize it was because you couldn’t log on.
I’ve been okay logging in here touch wood.

Yeah I’ve had no problems since having the Armchair GM name until last week. Couldn’t get the site to load and for a few days I thought the site just crashed, but went to some website are they down checkers and they said the site was up. Then I Googled fixes for the 400 error and saw if you cleared your browsing history that could work. Did that on both Microsoft Edge on my PC and Chrome on my phone and still got the error. Then I saw if you turn off cookies/clear cookies for site that could fix it, which it did I could access site, but couldn’t log in due to having cookies turned off. Turned cookies back on this weekend after about a week out and low and behold could log back in on both my PC on Edge and Phone on Chrome so don’t know if website knew of issues and did something on their end or just got lucky haha.

Wanna submit myself as one of the semi-OGs, was a regular poster back in 2009. At one point I wanted to help proof-read the articles because I was annoyed at all the misspelt words. Aran actually agreed to give me editing privileges and… I was never able to post again, lol. Had to create a new account just to post something, but the whole situation got me a bit mad, so I did not post for a couple years.
