    former no. 5 pick shelden williams agreed to terms on a 1 year deal with the celtics. this probably means leon powe and glen davis wont be back.

    people sleep on him, he can rebound like crazy, hes an average defender, he he almost no offensive game whatsoever, but he can always develop one…

    And not to mention, hes married to Candace Parker, thats worth something, right?

    will still bring back davis, or find some sign and trade. sheldon williams is not an upgrade for them. shelden will be backing up big baby!

    I think Boston will still bring back Big Baby. No one is going to be willing to offer anymore than what Boston is willing to match so he will be back, even at worst case scenario it’s for the qualifying offer. I think Sheldon Williams is more for adding depth. He should do well in very limited minutes. Think 3rd string center and pf as of right now. I have seen much worse big guys in a teams top 3 big man rotation and this guy will end up being 5th at best, 6th when Davis is resigned.

    Shelden Williams will continue to suck. If his offensive game hasnt undergone a RIDICULOUS facelift, he will continue to be a bad player.

    The celtics will still sign Davis. Williams will just play the role Mikki Moore would have if he was good. I don’t like this signing for the Celtics because they need more length of the bench. He seems that he might be similar Leon Powe, but I don’t know much about them.

    he was the happiest he has ever been when kg got hurt. hell he was gettin his shine and playing time and even messed around and hit a game winner. he’s off to better places now
