Although many consider this a weak draft for forwards, centers and PG’s, I think some teams are in position to get some good talent at the SG spots.  Chicago namely.  With the picks Chicago has, they will definitely have some good potential talent fall in their lap.  If they cant get Marshon Brooks or Malcolm Lee (combo), then there is still a host of very good players like Lighty, Hopson, Liggins and Richmond.  Likely, they will be able to bag 2 good guards.

I feel like the Bulls might be targetting Brooks, but as you said..he might not be available..

They’re probably gonna decide between Mack, Lee, Smith, Jackson, Mccamey, and Leslie

Unfortunately, they’re mostly undersized 2-Guards in a PGs body, with the exception of Leslie, whos undersized in his own right..

Wouldnt be surprised to see them trade the pick…

I wouldn’t mind seeing them take Jackson, or Lee

Well, I was talking about the two guards that will be left over in the second round…there will be quite a few with talent.  Definitely I think Brooks is the man they would want.

Marshon Brooks, David Lighty, or Nolan Smith would be nice for the Bulls.  They will probably go two SG’s or a SG and a backup at PG.

Brooks is a legit 6’6 200 lbs 7’2 wingspan and he can score from anywhere after Burks I would take Brooks then Thompson. I don’t see him lasting to the Bulls.

Brooks is the obvious choice because of his offensive game and measurements considering the bulls need an offensive lift at that 2 guard spot but…. Brooks might not be there and someone like David Lighty seems to be someone the bulls would covet.  He’s got size, toughness, comes in NBA ready, and a winner.

I think Travis Leslie and Marshon Brooks would be the guys they like. Leslie isn’t a shooter, but he will be able to score some and his athleticism and length will be a good fit in the Bulls scheme. Brooks can score and they need a scorer, and if they get him to defend enough (or at all) and be efficient about it then he will look like an OK pick. He’s a guy who’s impact will be felt down the line though, I don’t expect either one to clean up the Bulls’ 2-guard need as rookies.
