The Scare Crow RisesParticipantWolves
Do they…
1. Take KAT or Okafor and play him at PF or C?
2. Trade Pekovic or Dieng shortly after?
3. Dump Anthony Bennett for a bag of chips Ala T.Rob and D. Will?
4. Cut ties with Rubio and begin the Lavine era at PG?
5. Shock the world and take Russell #1 to follow the trend setting Warriors? Building around Lavine, Russell and Wiggins similar to the Dubs with Curry, Thompson and Barnes?Lakers
Do they…
1. Take the Best Big Available? Towns or Okafor or BUST?
2. Trust their GM to sign a BIG in Free Agency and focus on drafting Russell to pair with Randle?
3. Trade out of the 2nd spot in hopes to land a package that would help Kobe get to 1 final Playoff series? Denver gives up Lawson, Gallinari and the 7th pick(WCS or Johnson) for #2?76ers
Do they…
1. Draft the BPA and add him to their Core?
2. Trade the BPA for another young player and Pick? Examples being Kings(Stauskas and 6) and Nuggets(Harris and 7)
3. Move some future assets(Miami, OKC and Laker 1st rounders) for another stab at a Top 20 talent? Trey Lyles and Jerian Grant seem like viable options to play at PG and PF w/ Noel and Embiid…
4. Move some of those 2nd round picks for a late 1st rounder?
5. Shock us all again and take a potential draft and stash player like Porzingas or Hezonja? They seem to love both prospects and have had Kristaps in their sights since last year…0 - Posted on: Thu, 06/18/2015 - 4:22pm #991319

The GoatParticipantI think Minnesota goes for KAT.
I cant believe Im actually saying this but, I think they could use David Lee.
I’m not a David Lee fan, I don’t really see many teams at all being in the market for him, but I think Minnesota could put him next to KAT who has the jumper and the D to complement his scoring and rebounding. The Warriors could take back another shooter in Kevin Martin.
The Wolves could then build around this group
Starters: Rubio, Wiggins, Lee, KAT
Bench: LaVine, Shabazz, DiengThey still have pieces like Pek to move to acquire a starting 2G and more bench depth.
How do Wolves fans feel about this?
Warriors fans? Lee for Martin? Thoughts?

wonzi_bellsParticipantNo, I’m fine with Martin being on the team because his spacing helps Wiggins’ development with his ball-handling and I don’t want Lee taking minutes away from Dieng, Payne or even Bjelica if he comes over. That power forward slot is too crowded.
Plus, Martin is essentially an expiring deal next year since I think he’ll opt out of his last year to try and get a longterm contract while he can and with the salary cap going up.

1. Take Towns; Plays flex; PF when Pekovic is in; Both spots when Dieng, Garnett or Payne are in; C when Bennett or Bjelica are in
2. No; Dieng is part of the future and Pekovic’s contract is unlikely to be moved
3. Yes; He’s that bad
4. No; He’s not a point guard, he’s best used as a scoring ball-handler off the bench
5. No; Big men aren’t dead, no one said this when the Spurs won last year
Lakers
1. Yes; All signs point to Okafor
2. No; None of the elite bigs (Gasol, Aldridge and Love) will come this off-season.
3. No; Good trade but unlikely
76ers
1. Yes; BPA is their state of mind
2. No; They want a transcendent talent
3. No; The Lakers pick is too valuable, maybe with the Miami pick in this draft but I think they want their picks spread out over the years to always have something in the pot
4. No; contractually works out for them better to have second-rounders
5. No; I don’t think they think Porzingis is the best player, nor are both players going to be stashed since they’re coming over right away

1. Take the Best Big Available? Towns or Okafor or BUST? Take whoever is left out of Towns and Okafor.

Do they…
1. Draft the BPA (Mudiay) or Best Fit for the Triangle Offense (Porzingas) ??? I can see the NY faithful boo him out the building if they passed on a flashy PG like Emmanuel “Money” Mudiay…
2. Try to offload Melo to a desprete Contender like Memphis, Miami or Dallas? I know they are likely attached to the hip but is there any hope for them to get out of that Contract (Maybe Boston or Detroit via Greg Monroe sign and trade)???
3. Trade out of the 4th spot in hopes to land another pick in 2016??? They could trade down and grab WCS or Trey Lyles and a 2016 pick…Magic
1. Are they looking at BPA or Best Fit? Who’s the BPA here for Orlando who lack shooters and shot blocking. Porzingas? WCS? Other?
2. Do they keep believe in a lineup that consists of non outside threats like Payton, Olapido and Gordon?
3. Would they trade Payton and The 5th pick for Russell if LA or Philadelphia came calling?
4. Who do they think their franchise player is? Are drafting for a potential Franchise player in 2015? If so, who has franchise player potential at 5?
5. Are they bound to play it too safe and replace Harris with Winslow or Johnson??? Or do they go BIG or Go Bust and select a High Risk/High Reward type?Kings
1. Do they believe they can keep DMC happy I Sacramento AND win games out West? If not, do they have to pull the trigger on a trade before the season starts? Boston and Orlando could use a Franchise C, Boston could give a Kings ransom for DMC, they have a nice collection of prospects and picks, Orlando could give up a Top 5 pick and Vucevic for DMC, not that I’m sure I would have the guts to trade either…
2. Are they really in love with Porzingas or is that just smoke signals for a potential trade? They do seem like a good match if DMC is around or not…So does WCS or Trey Lyles…
3. Do they make a shocking trade or keep the pick and just shock us by taking a player like Cam Payne or Trey Lyles to fill a need at PG or PF? The Kings are one of the most interesting teams to follow during the Draft and have been for a long time…I’ll round out the Top 10 in a few hours…

LovebugParticipantThe Kings aren’t pulling the trigger on Cousins three years out. They had one of the best starting units in the league prior to Collison’s injury. They will try to improve the holes
