jwostrumParticipantLook out for 2019 guard Scottie Lewis, insane athleticism, long lanky 6’6 frame, killer instinct already, and a vastly improving skill set. I beleive he could be top 2 in his class by his senior year. Whats everyone think?

NJHooper95ParticipantScottie has Vince Carter like athleticism, though he is not as polished as his teammate who is the same age Bryan Antoine. Nevertheless, if the work ethic is there with his God-given. Ability, then he we have a chance to be a special player even on the pro level. His upside is scary good!!!! New Jersey has talent and he can be in the with Kyrie Irving as one of the best from the Garden State ever.

steviechillzParticipant2019 doe…what are we? Might as well make a thread about LeBron’s son going off smh…You should change you nickname to Billy Gillispie
Way too early and sketchy to judge a guy in the 2019 class…15 years old…

ChoppyParticipantThe latest sidebar article on this website (ironically called NBADraft.net) talks about Rowan Barrett Jr, who just happens to be in the draft class of 2019. They obviously don’t think it’s too early.
What are we doing here if we don’t look ahead to potential draft picks in future drafts? Isn’t that what scouts do? Personally, I enjoy hearing about people first on here. Then if they become good, its like "Oh yeah, somebody said something about him in the forum". Seems like looking ahead is the whole point of the forum.

Bill Walton’s KneesParticipantRanney plays in the Shore Conference, which for my money is the best public school conference in the Garden State. However, while he faces decent competition now, he’ll need to transfer in order to maximize his immense potential. Between St. Benedicts, The Patrick School, St. Anthony’s, and Roselle Catholic, both he and Antoine should have their pick of the litter when choosing what school to attend next.
Also, I believe Scottie was a 16 year old freshman this past season. Could anyone verify this? It was a rumor floating around at one of the games I attended that he was older then his 2019 peers. Still a great prospect though.

Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantFunny to see ranney suddenly becoming this breeding ground for elite basketball talent. Back when I was in high school, we used to mop the floor with them every time we played them. They were probably about the worst basketball school in the jersey shore area for years. Tahj Holden, who won a championship with Maryland in 2002, has taken over and really done wonders for that program.
Lewis is an interesting prospect who has been on the radar for a few years now. Of course, he just finished his freshman year, so who really knows how he will develop from here on out. Tons of potential though. Probably the best natural talent to come out of the shore area since jr Smith.

Bill Walton’s KneesParticipantFourn of Team Rio’s 2019 prospects decided to go to Ranney together a few years ago. My guess is because they were god awful and knew they could step in and get as much run as possible.
