BKKnicksfanParticipantI saw this tweeted by Hoopsmixtape as well. I’m gonna say it’s true.

Leonard WashingtonParticipantHe would be a huge pick up for any program, with a year to sit out due to transfer rules it should give him time to bulk up and polish his skills

FritzParticipantI also heard he was transfering but I have heard from many people it is not true. I am from NC state myself and sat right next to him last semester. I really hope he stays hes a lot more talented then his numbers showed last year. I just think Sydney Lowe was a horrible coach and the new coach should be able to get more out of Harrow plus with Javier Gonzalas graduating he will take over the starting role full time.
He’s got a lot of work to do, but I think he’s got NBA potential if he keeps improving.
One player I feel is completely under the radar is Lorenzo Brown. He’s a freshman on NC State who was the best player on the team for certain games. One game vs Duke although we were getting blown out, Brown switched to PG and just scored at will and had some really nice assist. He hasnt gotten any pro attention but with one more season I feel like scouts will start noticing him.
I really wish our core of Harrow, Lorenzo, and CJ Leslie stay at least till their Junior year. They could bring NC State back to the tourny and could jump start a new tradition with our new coach. Im tired of getting are ass handed to us by UNC and Duke. After Jimmy V NC State has completely fallen out of that old school basketball rivalry and these three have a chance to make NC State competetive in the ACC again.

surveParticipantHope not, for NCSU’s sake. That would be a huge loss for them. As far as that group staying together for another 2 years forget it. Leslie is gone next year if he has any form of decent season. This team has a lot of potential with Leslie, Harrow, and Brown. Wood and Howell are solid, Ochebo can help and I think Painter has lots of room to grow.

Handles4DaysParticipantI think the new coach will talk to him and assure him that he should stay. I mean this new guy has sent players to the NBA, Harrow would be smart to stay and play. Sitting out a year doesnt really sound pleasing, so his best interest is to stay and run shit with him, Brown, and Leslie!!

OhCanada-ParticipantFritz I thought you were a Kansas University fan.

Lotto StudParticipantSo which schools would most likely be destinations for him?

BKKnicksfanParticipantWell….this news JUST dropped. We don’t know what schools will be in the running for him just yet.

WrecklessParticipantMan I was just gonna post this lol. Well, alot of sites are reporting it so im guessing its true. &I agree that any program who gets him it would be a great pickup. He put up some solid freshman numbers, I didnt watch him this season but I watched a little of him in high school.

teamjosh04ParticipantActually, rumors are already swarming that he visited Kentucky today. Definitely would make sense that there would be mutual interest between the two parties.

cward23ParticipantKentucky. He said thats the School he would like to go to

FritzParticipantI have moved many times, born in Chicago and after moving a couple times and ended up in Kansas City where I became a Jayhawks fan but then moved to Charlotte. I am a Bulls fan and a Jayhawks fan but due to being a Bobcat season ticket holder and out of state tuition causing me to choose NC State over Kansas I cheer for my local teams too.
This is a big loss to NC State. I think they will be best moving Brown to play point guard, he showed last season that hes more effective with the ball in his hands.
But now that hes announced hes leaving……come to Kansas Harrow,
Tyshawn Taylor will have graduated when your elgible to play again and he would have the opportunity to start for a premier program in the country.
Kentucky will just find a top one and done recruit to take your playing time and then let him off to the NBA so the next elite recruit can take his spot.

JNixonParticipantLol Ryan Harrow ain’t going nowhere out of the East coast. There is no way he lands at Kansas. Kentucky is a bet though.

Ricky BobbyParticipantThis one surprised me. Especially because it was the day after CJ Leslie announced he was staying. Anyone else feeling a breakout year out of CJ Leslie? I am.
