Rank your Rookie PGs. There were alot drafted so just do the top 7-10. What ever you need.

    1. Tyreke Evans
    2. Brandon Jennings
    3. Steph Curry
    4. Jonny Flynn
    5. Darren Collison
    6. Ty Lawson
    7. Jeff Teague
    8. Eric Maynor
    9. Rodruque Beaubois
    10. Jrue Holiday

Out of those 10, I see 7-9 as possible starters…. Crazy

wow… amazing how everybody here supremely underrates darren collison… these past few with chris paul out hes had some amazing games… 17 pts 18 assists, 16 pts 14 assists, 27 pts 9 assists 4 steals…

next to evans and jennings darren collison SHOULD be the 3rd…. given the minutes hes actually outproduced both jennings and evans…

To be honest Curry plays the position better than any of his peers. Evans, Jenning, and Flynn are more athletically gifted. Curry’s game reminds me of Sam Cassell. Evans is the best Rookie but im not sold on him as a long term PG, he reminds me of an aggressive Larry Hughes

    1. Tyreke Evans***
    2. Brandon Jennings
    3. Steph Curry
    4. Jonny Flynn
    5. Ty Lawson
    6. Darren Collison
    7. Jeff Teague

    9. Rodruque Beaubois

Watch Rodrique Beaubois develop into a Tony Parker type player…but with a jumper. He will be better than Curry in the future. He has scary potential on both sides of the ball and I think he’ll be an All-Star level player. Curry has been good this year, but he isn’t all that high on upside and I don’t think he’ll ever be an All-Star player.

I agree with the Iggy, Beaubois is going to be scary once he reaches his potential, while I see him as a better version of Rondo, I almost wanted to put him infront of Teague far as potential wise, but Teague just scores the ball toooooooo well and at the NBA level once he gets polished up I think he will be one of the best in the game. But potentially it’s Evans, Jennings and a toss up between Teague and Beaubois, and the rest fall where they may.

    1. Tyreke Evans if he is really a point than he is number one but that is a big if
    2. Steph Curry has better stats and shoots better than Jennings
    3. Darren Collison is right now better thatn Jennings and putting up crazy assist numers
4.Brandon Jennings is good but this is not his year right now he peaked to early
5.Johnny Flynn is doing well but not spectacular
    6. Ty Lawson has gotten good minutes and has done pretty well
    7. Jeff Teague is a nice talent that does not play much
    8. Rodruque Beaubois is super quick and can shoot and is learning from Kidd scary
    9. Eric Maynor is a solid point that played well in Deron Williams absence
    10. Jrue Holiday has started around the time Philly improved. Could he be the reason?

Beaubois is going to be a beast in a few year and why are people putting Jennings ahead of Curry. When Jenning can make jump shots maybe i will think differently but is he really playing better than Curry.

crazy to think how far jennings has fallen. Early on people were talking about how he was a franchise player and should have gone number 1 easily. Now he is struggling big time. i watch a little bucks here and there, and i’ve seen jennings miss the entire rim on open jumpers and runners through the lane.

Also, darren collison looks incredible recently. Great stats, but watching him play, he has been getting where ever he wants and dissecting the defenses like a veteran. I remember he was projected to go as high as 8th on this site before his junior year in college.

    1. Evans – Leading candidate for ROY.
    2. Curry – He’s proven a lot of doubters wrong so far. I think he has a Steve Nash style of game.
    3. Collison – He’s being so slept on it’s not even funny. He’s going to prove A LOT of people wrong. CP3 has taken him under his wing.
    4. Jennings – His scoring and shooting percentages have fallen off considerably, but he’s doing a great job distributing.
    5. Flynn – Is doing well, but is playing in an offense that doesn’t allow him to showcase all of his talents.
    6. Ty Lawson – Earning his minutes and respect on a veteran ball club. That says something.
    7. Maynor – He played well for Utah and he’s played well since joining OKC. He’s a very solid backup point guard. He doesn’t have a lot of upside, but he’s been real solid this season. He came in ready to play right away.
    8. Beaubois – A talent. He doesn’t play a lot now, but I think he’ll be one of the top players out of this draft class when it’s all said and done.
    9. Teague – I look at him similar to the way I look at Beaubois. I think Teague will be very good point guard.
    10. Holiday – He’s been solid in the games he’s played… Better than I thought he was or would be this season.
