A couple rookie big men have been putting up big numbers in the D-League.

The enormous 6’11” 300 pound John Bryant is averaging 15 ppg and 14 rpg with 2bpg in his first 2 games while shooting 64% from the feild and an underwhelming 33% from the line.

BJ Mullins is averaging a very solid 13.5 ppg and 10.8 rebounds per game and one block through 4 games. Eluding that he is a better rebounder than he showed in college.

You guys think either one of these guys will get called up and see signifant minutes this season?

haha, I know, I know, I was just looking at the stats and saw he was 2nd in the D-League in rebounds. I didn’t think he was an NBA player before the draft, but i didn’t know if anyone had read anything else. I think he is a poor man’s Aaron Gray, lol, but then again I haven’t seen him play in the D-League

lol its just D- league where they play the WCCs of the league i still don’t think he has the athleticism or toughness to play with the big boys i like Mullins a little he looks way better than he did at Ohio State i still don’t think he can do much yet in the nba but they knew he would take time.

haha, I realize this now, also…

I was watching an OSU game last year and they showed Bryant Reeves on the sideline, I’m pretty sure he weighs 400 pounds now.
