    The Celtics assigned him to their affilaiate The Maine Red Claws. I don’t watch D-League games very often but I will definitely watch their game on Saturday. Always wanted to see what type of stats a superstar bound player would put up in the D-League and now’s the chance.

    I don’t think Rondo will put up great stats. This is an opportunity for him to test and regain confidence in his knee/leg against inferior competition without tons of media, fans, etc watching. This will be like his pre-season. 

    I think it’s coo he’s not too proud to do this. I hope this leads other players to doing this when they’re coming off of an injury, etc.
