in the last role play. you played for the lakers and sat behind kobe for two years. you ask for a trade but they deny you. but then decided to trade you to the rockets. and from there the team mangerment embrace you and made you feel like loyalty. plus the fans love. and the coach said he was gonna start you. that year you had a brekout season and average 20 ppg 6 reb ppg, you went to your first all-star game, and you became the new franchise player. and yall went to the playoffs. but yall lost in the first roud to the blazers. anyway your contract is up. and mangerment wants to offer you a our year 25 mill deal. but your agent says other teams like the nets and knicks will offer you a 6 yr 60 mill deal. so what do you do. do you resign to the team that gave you a chance, and made you feel like a star plus family or do you leave and sign for the bigger money.

I thought you were going somewhere? I resign with Houston and tell management to get me some help with the money they didn’t spend on me.

If its the nets than you go there cuz they have a good core and you can be really good with harris and lopez not NY where there’s not as much youth. If not Jersey or another good young team then I sign with the rockets but try to get 8 per.

This is a young guy in his 3rd year in the league, he has’nt made any real money yet. The difference between 25 and 60 million is a lot. I would play for the Albuquerqe Isotopes if they paid me double.

    it depends,
how close were we and how does our team stack up agaisnt the west?
and how do the knicks/nets look?

    personally,
if i stayed with the rockets id negotaite a better deal..

    p.s.
    turkou should have stayed

I put it this way, in Houston I am the franchise player. I am going to get 20 ppg again and probably more for the next four years I’ll get paid just over 6 mil per. In New Jersey I would get paid 10 mil per. First the appeal of being the franchise player is something I can’t pass down, second in New Jersey I am a 3rd option. My next contract after being a star in Houston for 4 years will be near a max deal compared to a 3rd option in New Jersey for 6 I won’t get near that amount of money. In the long run I am still making more money. Plus people will throw more money my way because I will be younger and still have some potential left compared to being in my prime.

Well, where are the Knicks and Nets on the standings?
    Are they also playoff teams?
But what I would do is try to negotiate some more money and stay in Houston as the franchise player.

Depends on what type player I am (SG)

I would go to Knicks and play in a run-gun style

He said, playing behind Kobe for two years meaning you’d have to be a two guard, but why would going to Houston give you a great chance? McGrady would be ahead…sounds like a Von Wafer story…lol, besides scoring so much and whatnot. Played behind Kobe for a bit, ended up in Houston, and played very well.

I’m going to the Knicks so quickly. Why are the Rockets trying to low ball me after I had such a great season?
