I.C.Y.U.NV.MEParticipantGood luck to him. As a Duke fan, he was kind of disappointing this past year. I feel like the players and sports pundits read too much into him "dominating Duke practices". Don’t get me wrong, he was solid throughout most of the season and carried them a few games. He left much to be desired tho. I mean 3.9 rebounds a game from a 6’8 guy with his athleticism? His defensive intensity was poor, he should’ve been a much better defender but just didn’t want it. I think he’ll be better in the pros.

TarHeelRavenParticipantI really liked hoods game. He had a sweet stroke for a 6’8′ guy with pretty decent athleticism. I agree with you that he could’ve been better but he did hve a pretty good year. He needs more strength and a handle but I think he’ll have a solid nba career.

Land of GrantParticipantSpot up shooter who can attack bad closeouts and develop his game a lot further if he wants it. Late lottery.

Ghost01ParticipantVery solid NBA player. Won’t be a story, but can do a variety of things for a team, and can play 2 guard which is a super weak position.

imAboutDatActionParticipanthis NBA success will soley hang on whether he can knock down 3 point shots at a good rate or not. he wont bring anything else to the table.
he has good size but short arms. good, but not an elite athlete. not a good defender. average rebounder. doesnt create for others or off the dribble.

strobox88ParticipantLet’s be real, guys: Hood is not a lottery pick. I see him sliding out of the lotto during draft workouts. Still, he should be a great pickup for a team looking to fill a role picking in the mid first round.
