    The Houston Rockets have suspended guard Aaron Brooks for 1 game for walking off the court during saturday’s game against Memphis..Brooks wont travel with the team to play in Denver monday..Alderman subbed Brooks midway during the 4th quarter and Brooks walked passed the bench and straight into the locker room…Brooks has been unhappy after losing his starting spot..And he has been struggling since returning from an injury…

    Aaron brooks had speed that frightened those who guarded him. Where his speed ran through the Lakers defense. And him as well as others worked hard with out Tracy Mcgrady and yao. Does have the right to be frustrated? Hell yeah! Poor guy I wouldn’t want to see my starter spot taken from me.

     I think he made a smart choice in suspending Brooks. Rick has been a coach for a long time, and a good one at that. He very well has an idea of what is acceptable behaviour with his experience and Brooks’ behaviour clearly wasn’t appropriate. Besides, Brooks has got to be more professional, this game is about winning and it’s already been decided that the team has a better chance of winning if he comes of the bench. Kyle Lowry has been great as a starter so he deserves some more time there.

    After all Houston did re-sign Lowry to a 4-year $24 mil deal, but what would be the point of bringing Brooks back & having to PGs with multi-million deals that would be a head scratcher when it is clear they have put Lowry in there future plans.

    i dont think Houston should trade him yet…Brooks was unstoppable in the playoffs…But he showed immaturity by quiting on his team saturday night…
