sksa4y5abw4tParticipantI think the Pistons and Rockets should try to work out a deal to swap #9 for #14 and #16. Houston’s been said to want to move up in the draft, and most of the guys Detroit wants are guys they could get a little later in the 1st round. What do you think the chances are that this could happen?

rickybobbyParticipantProbably not since both are looking for Bigs and Houston would more than likely be able to get the same guy at 14 as they could if the had the 9th. Only way i see this happening is if the Rockets want to move up higher in the draft say around 5 or 6 if they’re really impressed with Drummond and they use the 9th pick plus a player or two to help aquire one of those picks.

KHAM83ParticipantHouston should look to target Leonard at 9. Pistons can select 2 big men to add depth. They can grab Zeller or Henson,a guy who you know at worst can be a future big off the bench and pick Moutrie or Pj3 based on potential.

r377ParticipantThe 9th pick in this draft isn’t great, as a pistons fan I wouldn’t mind the 14th and 16th pic and maybe look at taking Henson, Karkless, TJones or Royce White and getting rid of Austin Daye.
On the other hand I would like to see the pistons move up and Grab J Lamb from GS. Maybe swap picks and thrown in Daye or Prince as GS are looking for a SF. GS could then grab Leonard as insurance for when Bogut goes down injured…
