    He is an Australian player who played in the Australian’s Biggest League the NBL… He is a solid player there and was a key contributor to the Autsralian National Team at the Olympics… He is 6’11 and was a second-round draft pick by the Hawks way back in 2002… I think he was signed to fill up the void left by the injured Yao Ming…

    Ryan Anderson was an underrated pick up for the magic
    people are getting excited over the vince carter pick up and rightly so but magic did a great job getting anderson plus bass

    You’re actually wrong about something. He maybe played in Australia when he was like 20, but for the last 9 seasons Andersen played in Europe. He played for FC Barcelona last year…

    yeah i think he just read somewhere that he was a aussie and went from there…..pretty good player..wont be a real big factor though.

    he actually only played one season in the Australian NBL back in 1998 for the Wollongong Hawks. Then he went to Europe. Seen a lot of him play as New Zealand and Australia have series every year he is a solid player nothing fancy about his game.
