long-time ESPN anchor Stuart Scott passed away today after a 7 year battle with cancer. He was with ESPN for 22 years and was always hard-working, charismatic and energetic. He was one of my favorite anchors at ESPN and always had high energy and great catch-phrases. He was a UNC alum that hosted Late Night with Roy on several occasions. My thoughts and prayers go out to Stu and his family.

Wow, this was a shocker to me as I didn’t even know he had cancer. He was one of the few anchors I liked and trusted. 49 is way too early to go, RIP.
