    According to ESPN, Lorenzo Charles, 47, died in a bus crash. Charles had the game winning dunk
    for NC State against the heavily favored Houston Cougars (Phi Slamma Jamma) back in the early Eighties.

    I remember watching that Houston- NC State game when i was 5 years old and thought Houston had the game it the bag…My lil cousins and i were jumping up & down…Then  Lorenzo came out of nowhere and slammed in Derek’s missed shot..I was hoping they was going to call goal tending….
