knicksfreakParticipantCary Woelful from The Journal Times reports that Luke Ridnour, Hakeem Warrick and Joe Alexander are all being shopped by the Bucks.
I think Ridnour could be a great pickup for the Knicks plus all 3 players have expiring contracts.

Da1potParticipantRidnour and Warrick can really help some teams with scoring. I woudn’t be suprised if a team like the Knicks does indeed pick them up. However, the Bucks might get greedy and try to include Gadzuric, which would cause a lot of franchises to lose interest. I would even start Ridnour over Duhon!

rtbtParticipantDa1pot, saying Ridnour can start over Duhon isn’t saying much. In my opinion, Duhon isn’t an NBA caliber starting PG, he’s a decent back up.
As for Ridnour, I think he barely qualifies as an NBA level starting PG. I would put him in the bottom part of the top 30 point guards in the game. More specifically, I would place him between 25 and 30 among the league’s starting point guards.

kaimurdahParticipantThats bull crap. Ridnour could easily be a top five point guard if on the right team. Hes always been on one of the sorriest teams in the league since being drafted. He was an all american in high school, and was the man at oregon. If he was on a team with some talent, he could lead the league in assists. He might not be the most athletic guard in the league, but certainly knows the game better than rondo

R-Dot-13ParticipantI really like Ridnours game,
If he started on a team, he would put up really solid numbers.Hes better than
Watson, Duhon, Fisher, Calderon, Blake, Conley, Rafer Alston, FeltonI think the lakers should go after him.

rtbtParticipantkaimurdah, I always liked Luke Ridnour and I think he’s a good player but I have to be objective with my assessment.
What planet are you living on that makes you think he is or could be a top five PG in the NBA? That would mean he’s better than 25 other point guards in the league and I don’t think you can come up with a list that’s even close to 25 names.
kaimurdah, Ridnour doesn’t even start on his own team. I find it hard to believe that a top five PG would be relegated to the bench.

j1232eParticipantI don’t think luke is that much of an upgrade over derek fisher, jordan farmarr or shannon brown. Although I think the lakers do need an upgrade at point gaurd ridnour is not the answer.
