BenAgent0ParticipantDespite numerous reports that the Wizards are looking at all their options, Otto Porter Jr may be a lock come June 27th..

AlexanderNevermindParticipantGood. I want Porter or Noel. If Ernie dealt the pick for a gimped Deng I would have never went to another game until his @$$ was gone.

TomShoeParticipantMakes sense.
SF is clearly their most pressing need at the moment. While Martell Webster has played very well this season, there’s no guarantee that he’ll stay around or play at the same level of effectiveness.
After him, the play takes a serious drop off. Jan Vesely is terrible, he lacks strength for and has no idea how to play the 3 or the 4. I think one season he had more fouls than points.
It’s a little too early to make the call on CSing as a bust just yet, the results haven’t been promising. While touted as a 3-and-D guy, he’s not expected to score, but he’s been really bad on that end, shooting only 38% from the field.
Otto Porter should be a no brainer pick at this point. Unless the Cavs take him at #1.

mamadouParticipant2 str8 “high IQ-all around-2 way” players, you can build something.
Hopefully they stay away from bennett.0 - Posted on: Tue, 06/25/2013 - 8:22pm #805767

CynthiaParticipantI never believed the hype of Porter starting to slip, or the fact nbadrafts mock now has Bennett there. Porter is a perfect fit, and probably the safest pick in the whole lottery. I even at one point had Porter to Cavs at #1 and while I don’t anymore I still think it’s very possible they take him first.
