blazer_fan_foreverParticipantI have been asking myself this question for a while. I have yet to find an answer…I think that Sidney is the superior talent, but because of his lackadaisical play and his attitude Cousins has passed him in the rankings and as an NBA prospect. I still have my doubt about Cousins. In my opinion, he is a center and a center only. I think he is too short to play center in the NBA, and doesn’t have the quickness/athleticism to play PF. Sidney on the other hand is a clear cut PF. Unfortunately, I see the Rasheed Wallace in him and he would rather score 15 ppg being lazy and shooting 3’s then scoring 30 by mixing up his game. If he could fix his attitude and his approach to the game, I think he could easily end up a top-10 pick. What do you guys think?

QHaynes20Sidney. I said before, I see this man as a top 5 pick and a top 5 talent in this draft.

gatorheelsParticipantKentucky & Mississippi State will play each other once this season so that should be an interesting matchup to watch.

Henry25ParticipantI’ll take Sidney for the simple fact that he is so much more talented. And yeah there are questions about Sidney’s attitude and aggressiveness, buyt people have those same questions about Cousins. Everytime ive seen though two play in games i always come away more impressed with Sidney. I dont understand why he gets so much hate. Tons of good players got a lil bored in high school and dont always play hard. That will hopefully change in college and eventually the NBA. If he has a good season i see him as a top 10 pick no doubt

JNixonParticipantits tough for me to choose since they are so similar. if I had to choose one it would be Sidney because he’ s more athletic Imo, and he plays quicker. He also is slightly more polished than Cousins is. they both are the classic boom or bust player.

ZaratukParticipantThe media likes to bash on kid who do well and Sidney might be a victim of it. Renardo is better than DeMarcus Cousins hands down, but since Renardo had many red flags in his little career scouts like Cousins more…I think it’s a bit stupid

quincey hodgesthat is tru zaratuk…with sydney though he tends to coast and not come in in the best of shape. though he is the most talented player in this years class and in my opnion probably last years because of his height shooting abilty passing ability and court vision
