1-Year, 5.5M….sucks for him, i think he deserves better…but i think its clear that the Bobcats are really looking forward to DJ Augustine as there quarterback

The8thDeadlySinParticipantI can see him being traded. How would you like to have him in NY?

RickyRubio9ParticipantAugustin can score better then Felton even at his size and because of that I see him as a good Playmaker. I guess the Felton-Okafor thing is over. Time to start over with Henderson and Augustin, now to get some Bigs.

DeLaQuestParticipantHenderson doesn’t deserve to be in the same breath as Augustin yet. Gerald H is a bit of a project with longterm potential. Augustin is ready NOW.
The Cats have Diaw, Chandler, Diop, Radmanovich, and Gerald Wallace along the frontline. Those guys have a lot of good basketball left in them. Maybe Alexis Ajinca will still pan out. He really should have just been a lottery pick this year instead of entering the draft last year.

doubledribblerParticipantI am not 100% sure on this, but I am pretty sure that you cannot trade a guy if he signs for the qualifying offer.

fastdanParticipantI think you have to wait x amount of days to trade someone you just signed…several months I would guess

McWinningParticipantbad move they either should give him a big deal and make him the point guard of their future. or let him go and let Augustin be their future. either way you cant lose their both good players.

DeLaQuestParticipantIt’s public knowledge that Bob Johnson wants to sell this team. He’s lost a lot of money on it. He traded away Okafor’s big contract for a much shorter commitment to Tyson Chandler. Now maybe he’s not willing to pay big $ to Felton.
I’m sad to say that their decisions are not likely in the best interest of the team’s on court performance.
Opinions??

marcusfizer21ParticipantNew uniform, new look and the same attitude… This is so much like the Ben Gordon situation with the Bulls…
