aamir543ParticipantA week before the All-Star break a rumor surfaced that Rasheed Wallace was set to sign with the Lakers, which turned out to be false. But now the word is that Rasheed has worked with the Heat, but the source says that he hasn’t decided on playing.
Not sure how reliable these "sources" are, and it doesn’t make much sense that he’d go work out with them, but still be undecided on whether he’d actually come back. I honestly think that Rasheed could mildly help a team like Miami, however his conditioning will play a large part in the success of his comeback. Dexter Pittman has started to come on for them, but you can never have enough big bodies. It might be that he just wants to come down to Miami, play with Lebron, and jack up threes, or that he actually wants to win a tittle. Rasheed said that he doesn’t want this to become too public, cause he doesn’t want too much hoopla if he decides against it. You’ll see the headline on hoopshype.com
