Wahoo757ParticipantProbably one of the biggest no names out of the early declarations is junior guard Quincy Roberts from Grambling State. He had pretty solid individual stats, averaging 22.7 points a game, but it seems that came more a result from him being on a team of incapable scorers (his team was 4-24) than anything else. With that being said, I would have been surprised if he had been drafted, albeit I had limited knowledge of him.
Then I came across this article while I was looking him up. http://blog.pennlive.com/patriotnewssports/2012/04/harrisburg_alum_quincy_roberts.html
A late 1st to early 2nd? What? Is this guy a freak athlete that’s hidden in a small school a la Tony Mitchell? Or is this article pretty much exaggerating Roberts as a player?
Any info on this guy will be appreciated because I know nothing about this guy.

HaleParticipantJust checked his numbers and it looks like he’s a SG who doesn’t very good percentages…no idea why he’d be taken that high unless he’s a very good athlete or defender.

Dwight LoveParticipantY2G too bad Roberts didn’t play for Norfolk State his chances for being drafted would have increased greatly being on a team that upset a national powerhouse in college basketball in Missouri.
