MettaWorldDurant1ParticipantSome comparisons for some of my favorite players who are on the mock who played last season.
Doug Mcdermott : Floor Kyler Krover Cieling Sf versioin of Klay Thompson versitile enough to possibly slide to the 4 and a player who can give you a little more than a reliable jumpshot.
Tj Warren : I compare him to Harrison Barnes because he appears to be a 2nd or 3rd option..Big time sleeper I would say if he falls to the right team he could end up one of the big names of the draft.
Cleanthony Early : I see him trying to hold the SF position but I think he would end up playing like a more finesse Kenneth Faried with his mid range talents.
Andrew Harrison : Seen some big plays from this guy as of late..He plays with that element of calmness that you need to have as a big name point gaurd. Dont see him going to late in the draft ..I dont make comparisons for PG’s who I consider to be Blue collar run the team types.. but he does have the Ice Cold Killer quality so he does have alot of potential;teams value clutch players.
Nik Stauskas : Really Exciting player reminds me of Ray Allen the way he gets his points in a similar and exciting fashion although they have different mechanics and styles. Won’t be a defensive stopper but has the tools to be a 3rd maybe second option in a best case scenario.
Kyle Anderson: I Liked his season .. A player like Anderson is rare he also has a very good skill set. I Compare him to Paul George because of the large amount of questions marks surrounding his game’s translation to the NBA along this his body speed etc…hes pretty deadly with the ball and in transition but he wont be able to gaurd PG’s thats almost a fact. If hes handled right he could emerge into a under the radar star who had a breakout season.
Noah Vonleh : A good player a bit over hyped IMO opinion.I dont like the Bosh comparisons I literally just dont see the types of plays Bosh makes. His future depends on his ability to stretch the floor I think this would add to that preception of versatility that everyone likes about his game. Also is solid with the ball so he could play some 3 potentially.

For_Never_EverParticipantKyle Anderson is a less athletic Jalen Rose in my opinion.
Jalen Rose was very skilled being able to handle and pass like a PG. He was also a very good shooter too. Awful on defense not being able to guard any position.

Rip255I think Korver is actually McDermotts ceiling and Steve Novak is his floor. He’s going to be a huge defensive liability in the NBA, so his offensive production needs to counter this, plus add some for him to be a lottery pick. That being said, Kyle Korver is the best 3pt shooter in the league and if I was a GM i’d use a late lottery pick to get him.

JoeWolf1I think Early plays a lot like Marcus Morris. They’re both kind of tweeners, but have some ability to play the perimeter, despite not being true NBA 3’s. I think Early, like Morris, is good enough to find a role as a stretch 4, who can be a reserve level guy who can play the 3 and 4 on offense or defense.
I think Early has the upside of a starter, but a pretty high floor as well. I don’t have him as a lottery pick, but I think he’s a first rounder.
