    no way the knicks will match a qualifying offer for david lee if he gets the money he wants there saving for 2010

    a qualifying offer is the offer thats already on the table, that kept him restricted, and if no other team shows interest, his chances of accepting that QO look alot higher, and the QO is a 1-year deal, so if hes forced to accept that it has no impact on 2010
