Meditated StatesParticipantGood fit. Going to be a steal of this draft. Upset with the Celtics we had him.

surveParticipantI knew PJIII would not fall past OKC, everyone here shouldve known that, too good for OKC to pass up. Fell right into Presi’s lap and could be a very valuable guy talent wise with Ibaka needing a re-up on his contract.

ilike.panochasParticipantFalling down in the draft may be the best thing for him. Perhaps it will light a fire on his ass and motivates him to work/play harder. I remember Rudy Gay fell down the draft, but not as far down as Jones has. This just might be what he needs to wake up and fulfill his potential.

Codyb1701ParticipantWould be too good a fit in OKV to backup KD or play small ball PF and score inside

mosdefParticipantwasnt it rumored that OKC and MIA were trying to move out of the 1st so their contracts wouldnt be guaranteed??

royk927ParticipantThey are a team in contention. And his dropping will ignite a fire in him that will make him a much better player.

surveParticipantI dont think anyone wouldve bet one cent that Plumlee would be drafted before PJIII. He wasnt even the best Plumlee on his team. He was essentially about the 4th or 5th best player on his team. I aint hatin, but there is not a single thing that Miles did in his 4 year career that suggested he shouldve been taken in the 1st round. About the only thing he ever did was get hype on senior day when he played his last game at Cameron. Thats It!
This is good for PJIII though because now he may just come to the realization that you cant skate by on talent alone. He has to approach the game as the same way he would approach some booty if he had just been out one day after doing a 10 year bid.

surveParticipantdid Quincy Acy just go before Quincy Miller? LOL. rude awakening for PJIII and Q. Miller. I remember this year, this site and others had both of them in the top 5-10 range in mocks. Miller’s problem is, he shouldve stayed…bad advice to leave….if someone tells you that you are likely a mid-late round 1st pick, thats indication that you may not be a lock for that round.
