What do u guys think about patty mills? He has been dropping in a lot of people mock drafts and no one talks about him anymore. In my opinion I think he is top 3 pgs in the draft and in a few years will turn out to be like a gilbert in the way he was a 2nd round pick to star.

he’s been dropping as of late. Mills is a lightning quick guard and outplayed steph curry in the NIT with one wrist. He may fall to the second round and he would be a steal for any team that picks in the 30’s. In my opinion he should go to school one more year and take Saint Mary’s to the dance and enter the draft after his junior season where he should be in the lottery.

i think he is a good player but not as good as Rubio, Flynn, Jennings, Teague and probley not as good as the combos Evans, Holiday and Curry. and there are three or four other guys that are about as good as him. i agree another year of school woul help him

Did any of them players dominate nba superstars like he did. No. Rubio played ok in the Olympics but had 2 good big man in the Paul and marc gasol and 2 nba guards in Rudy and calderon on his team. Patty Mills against the united states put up 20 points 2 assists and 3 steals against d williams and chris paul. Against Argentina he put up 22 points 1 assist and 2 steals in 24 mins.

I’m higher on Mills then most. He has Tony Parker’esque quickness but isnt as good as a finisher so I think top 3 may be a stretch but I think he’ll be good. I think he could fit in with the Lakers if they dont bring back Shannon because I think they need a quick guy defensively IMO.

i agree with you that the lakers would be a good fit for him, and i like him and hope he has success in the nba. i just think that he isnt a top 3 point in this draft.

he would just probably fall late first round or slip to 2nd round but who matter picks him up could have a nice pick up for their team.

Chris paul and d williams both said he is one of the toughest players they guarded and that guarded them in the Olympics. Saint Mary’s was 20-1 with him in the starting lineup in the regular season with the only lose to Utep being he was sick and were killing Gonzaga before he got hurt. He had 18 points in the first have and probably would have finished with 30 or more. He completely outplayed curry with one hand. He shutdown curry without a double team and caused curry to make fundamental passing mistakes. He lost to San Diego St. because he started of slow and almost won them the game in the second half. I watched most of there games this year because i watched him in olympics i showed me something.

They should draft Harden early, then go after him late in the 1st Round.

    PG – Mills and Udrih
    SG – Harden and Garcia
    SF – Martin and Nocioni
    PF – Thompson
    C – Hawes

    That’s a nice Top eight.
