OhCanada-ParticipantHe’s this years fastest riser up the draft boards and I just dont see it. I like his potential in the mid first to late first round but just like when Chriss rose up draft boards I think its a bad situation to put him on a garbage team with no veteran leadership and a new head coach every year and expect him to develop. Rumored promise to Detroit and now the Bulls think his upside is more promising then Obi Toppin due to age. These guys just dont draft well.

bt102ParticipantI understand your point with Williams. I don’t really see it with him but I understand why teams like him.

ZouldiersParticipantThe only thing going for him is his age. Otherwise, nothing jumps out to me. Better off getting drafted by the Spurs

RUDEBOY-ParticipantI Called it earlier in the year that Williams was top 5 talent, when alot of folks had him as a late 1st rounder…..I thought Chriss was vastly overrated..Besides off the chart athleticism, he has a low iq and no defined position…..

armchairgmParticipantI don’t think Williams will ever be All NBA or an All Star, but I think he could be a career 3rd best player on a team.

OhCanada-Participant3rd best player on a G League team? I dont know Chair G Leagues got some high level talent.

HitsterParticipantHis current place at 5th on the mock board for this site looks high IMO. But he is the sort of freakishly athletic combo forward that could catch the eye in work outs and teams might see him as a versatile fit in a number of positions.
