 I know this is sort of a random topic as it probably won’t happen however what are peoples thoughts on this move:

Patrick beverly to OKC for one of the following: Terrance F(as Dialo looks better IMO),Raymond Felton,TLC or Abrines..

I wouldn’t mind seeing a starting lineup of the following: Adams,Patterson,PG,PAT B and Russ.. 

Pat B would give us defense and offense vs defense and no offense from Roberson…

This move would also suit our timetable a little better and Pat comes off the books next season to I believe..

Clippers do this to either save cap or get younger .

 i dont see clippers interested in any of those names for a quality pg whos only making 5 mill this year. Those are guys you can get on the cheap every offseason.

Too much bad blood, Beverley is the one who injured Westbrook a few years ago, not only knocking OKC out of Championship contention but Westbrook was out for about a year. OKC was the #1 seed and a heavy favorite to at least make the finals and possibly win it, yet after Westbrook went down the Thunder lost to the #5 seed Grizzlies 4-1.

Aren’t you an OKC fan? I’m surprised you’d forget that, kind of an iconic moment in Thunder history. This was the beginning of the end. GSW rose up as the new kids on the block and OKC was never the same.

I didn’t forget the injury no OKC fan would if you are legit one that is.

This is true Beverley was the cause of the knee injury to Westbrook and that hurt our playoffs that year. But Didn’t Roberson leave a huge dent in Westbrooks face with his knee?He still plays with him and even speaks highly of him.Didn’t Perkins break Westbrooks hand also? He to was also forgiven by Westbrook…

However think of it this way I am sure Westbrook would rather play with him than against him. Imagine having Beverley terrorize Curry or Klay..Would OKC fans hate him hard to say they went from loving K.D the guy who had carried the franchise with Westbrook to Booing him and mocking him to no end like Beverley..

He would also be an upgrade over roberson offensively and would be very little drop off defensively IMO..

 TERRIBLE trade idea..Clippers trying to clear cap space and Bev is a FA after the season, why do this?? Clippers also want to look some what competitive this year for the FA class coming in. OKC also already has one point who can’t shoot for shh (dennis) why add another one?

 I wouldn’t have Beverley playing point guard…He would be our starting SG with Westbrook playing P.G and Dennis S being our 6th man playing both. He would be an upgrade over roberson offensively with not much drop off defensively IMO.

Maybe this move would be a precursor to absorb someone on a bigger deal for the clippers though..Maybe someone like Butler and Dieng persay??If we gave them cap relief now they could make a move for Buter when the T-wolves either get forced to trade Butler or choose to bite the bullet? Also if they took ferguson for example you could use them as young prospect in a trade for Butler…
