IndianaBasketballParticipantSeries tied 2-2.
I think whoever wins this game will win the series.
So who wins? Heat or Pacers?
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:16pm #672687

Raef LaFrentzParticipantDon’t know, and honestly I am fine with either team winning this series because I’m a fan of both teams. Can’t wait to see this game.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:17pm #672688

Bvilleballer21ParticipantHeat. This will be a big game for LeBron’s legacy, and I think he steps up. Expecting a breakout game from Battier, too.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:18pm #672689

Chilbert arenasParticipantMike Miller might as well be in a wheel chair, Norris Cole looks out of his league, James Jones has not got going, Joel Anthony has stone hands, and Wade and LeBron are going to run out of gas at this point, Pacers win game and series, but look to the Heat to start hot and get the "fans" going. Pacers just have to weather the storm in the first 6 mins and slow the game down and they can win this.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:20pm #672690

IndianaBasketballParticipantKeep an eye on Udonis Haslem. He HAS to play huge tonight in my opinion if the Heat are to win.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:23pm #672692

GrandmamaParticipantBiggest game of the playoffs tonight. I’m hyped. I have a feeling Miami will win, but definitely rooting for the Pacers. Indiana has to feed the ball down low, and Hibbert and West have to dominate the paint tonight.
On defense Indiana has to step up and take some charges. Wade and James took it to the bucket at will last game and nobody tried to draw a charge. Keeping those two from getting to the bucket will be key for Indiana tonight.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:23pm #672693

raybeasParticipantneed to score 70 again, or play 8-on-5 like they did in game one, to take this one. Pacer by four.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:25pm #672695

Chilbert arenasParticipantThat cross by wade was nice, he’s looking spry, but apparently can’t make a free throw
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:26pm #672694

For_Never_EverParticipantI’m just going to get this out of the way now. Fack the Heats !!!! Youre going down Bitchez.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:29pm #672696

For_Never_EverParticipantOh Mah Gaahhh !!!! The fack you doing Pacers ?!?!?!?!
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:31pm #672697

IndianaBasketballParticipantI actually like the shots the Pacers are getting. Just not going in.
They need to stop the turnovers though.
Good sign for the Heat with Battier hitting 2 three’s.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:42pm #672703

Bvilleballer21ParticipantThat was an incredibly athletic play by LeBron to get Hibbert in the air and hit Joel for the layup. In other news, Granger continuing his good 3-point shooting from last game. Heat have had a few defensive breakdowns, Pacers just haven’t capitalized on all of them.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:43pm #672704

For_Never_EverParticipantGranger got a crazy look in his eye.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:44pm #672705

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantGoing to class but better believe I’m going to stream this while I’m there.
Either team that wins this game will win the series and it’s going to be decided by 3 or less points unless Miami blows them out.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:45pm #672706

IndianaBasketballParticipantYea, Granger has clearly came to play tonight.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:48pm #672707

IndianaBasketballParticipantThe Pacers like of a true point guard just shows so bad.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:53pm #672708

KayjayParticipantIts erratic again, I’mma chalk it off to exhaustion since its been wet up until the Pacers series. Still that 3 was pretty impressive.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:54pm #672719

ChriJollParticipantIt’s getting ugly.
Haslem didn’t even look like he was attempting to even fake hitting Tyler.
I’m a Miami fan, but he should be gone.0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:55pm #672710

For_Never_EverParticipantThe Pacers turned the ball over non stop the first quarter. Stick with George Hill when they can, he isn’t going to make any big mistakes.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:55pm #672711

Raef LaFrentzParticipantThink Wade called bank?
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:57pm #672713

Raef LaFrentzParticipantIdiotic move by Hansbrough. A hard foul would have been perfect, but why follow through and rake across his face?
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:57pm #672715

IndianaBasketballParticipantThe NBA has gotten so soft…
The only reason Hansbrough hit his head is because Wade tucked the ball down.
Hansbrough didn’t intentionally go for his head.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:57pm #672714

Seamo15ParticipantDisagree with the Flagrant. Hansbrough followed the ball, Wades body just got in the way hah
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 2:58pm #672712

KayjayParticipantOr are the refs getting worse. I think that was more or less incedental contact. But w/e.
[Edit] Nvm, that foul was pretty nasty.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:00pm #672716

IndianaBasketballParticipantNOW THAT’S A FLAGRANT 2.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:00pm #672717

Raef LaFrentzParticipantPayback’s a biotch.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:01pm #672718

IndianaBasketballParticipantThat’s bull sh*t…
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:01pm #672720

KayjayParticipantThese boys out here playing hard ball. And that was a flagrant 2. But oh well…
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:01pm #672721

Raef LaFrentzParticipantOnly a flagrant 1? He did that on purpose… That was intentional.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:08pm #672723

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantWhat have I missed? Flagrants?
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:09pm #672725

Raef LaFrentzParticipantA couple. Haha. Yeah.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:09pm #672724

raybeasParticipantSmell that home cookin
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:09pm #672726

Seamo15ParticipantWest in the post is about the most fluent offense I’ve seen all night
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:14pm #672727

IndianaBasketballParticipantI hope the league reviews that foul on Haslem and gives him the Flagrant 2 he deserves. You can’t have players retaliating like that.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:15pm #672728

Raef LaFrentzParticipantI’m sure they will. He ought to be gone for Game 7.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:18pm #672729

Raef LaFrentzParticipantHibbert shows off the deep range. Haha. Love it.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:20pm #672731

For_Never_EverParticipantOh facking NOOOOO !!!! Get up Granger !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:22pm #672738

HaleParticipantLeBron killing it again.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:23pm #672732

I May Be WrongParticipantWhile I won’t wish an injury upon anyone, if Granger is out for a little while tonight (depending on the injury) it may be a blessing (and a sign!) for the Pacers to give West and Hibbert as many touches as possible. They may not be hitting shots with regularity but it’s the best option for Indiana if they want to win.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:25pm #672735

Raef LaFrentzParticipantThe last few possesions for Indiana have been real reeeal bad.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:26pm #672736

IndianaBasketballParticipantPoor Barbosa… Getting called for the foul for just holding his ground.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:29pm #672737

mookieParticipantTell me you arent frustrated with the Pacers. They have avid West and Hibbert and all guards are doing is jacking up jumpers???? Im soooo frustrated they aren’t pounding the Heat inside. Hibbert needs to establish position and just get the ball and make Miami double. Frank Vogel is a horrible coach. Any decent coach with the advantage he has would make use of it
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:32pm #672739

IndianaBasketballParticipantRoy Hibbert isn’t demanding the ball. He’s not fighting hard for post position like West is. And when Hibbert has gotten the ball, he’s gone up soft.
West should actually have about 12-14 points right now. He missed a ton of shots he normally makes.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:33pm #672740

KayjayParticipantDidn’t know the Pacer’s had so many fans on this site. I can count the number of Kings fans on the site that matter on my hand.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:37pm #672741

Raef LaFrentzParticipantDoes anyone else hate Ernie Johnson?
I sure do.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:37pm #672745

KayjayParticipantDon’t be hating on my homie Ernie, he tries hard to fit in with the boys. Lol You gotta have someone for the other audience’s can relate to.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:39pm #672746

Raef LaFrentzParticipantHaha. He always tries to make Chuck look like an idiot though! Can’t have him clowning Chuck all the time.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:40pm #672747

KayjayParticipantYeah you right, Chuck makes it so easy though lol.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:41pm #672748

Bvilleballer21ParticipantThe "other" audience, eh? -_-
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:49pm #672750

JoeWolf1Man, Indiana has to come out with some rythmn or Miami is gonna run with this one.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:49pm #672754

HaleParticipantSimply amazing.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:57pm #672755

IndianaBasketballParticipantRoy Hibbert once again going up soft.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 3:57pm #672760
PAUL125ParticipantLooks like the heat are running away with it. the pass from wade was amazing though, right on the money
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:03pm #672758

GrandmamaParticipantIndiana looks awful tonight. No sense of purpose, no idea offensively…just bad
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:04pm #672759

Raef LaFrentzParticipantMother of God, what a pass. Wade and LeBron are on the same page tonight. Fun to watch.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:08pm #672762

IndianaBasketballParticipantThat’s a foul on Battier… IF they’re going to call that foul on Barbosa against Wade, they have to call that on Battier.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:09pm #672763

For_Never_EverParticipantI can’t watch this stupid game anymore.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:11pm #672764

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantThese are not the same Pacers from games 2-4
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:23pm #672766

KayjayParticipantThe original Heat from before the All star break may have woken up. I’m not sure, but if it did these guys are dangerous.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:34pm #672769

IndianaBasketballParticipantHeat need to be real careful and not give the Pacers any confidence going into game six.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:35pm #672770

IndianaBasketballParticipantI think this is one of those games the Pacers just has to put behind them, like the Heat did after game four.
Come back and be ready to defend homecourt.
This game was just awful at both ends.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:48pm #672773

KayjayParticipantDon’t forget though, you got two players that are banged up now. They will be a little hobbled.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:50pm #672775

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantstupid foul by Haslem.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:52pm #672778

IndianaBasketballParticipantLike the Heat did after game three I meant.
Two days in between games… I think both West and Granger should be ready. Granger’s really didn’t look that bad.
The player who should be most disappointed with today’s performance is Roy Hibbert. He simply didn’t show up.
Hopefully, the Pacers can push it to seven, but I thought all along this would be a six game series going to the Heat.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:57pm #672781

IndianaBasketballParticipantWow… Are you f*cking kidding me…
This is ridiculous. I don’t care if you root for the Heat or the Pacers. This is ridiculous man.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:57pm #672782

KayjayParticipantTHE HEAT HAVE BECOME THE LAKERS OF THE EAST. So fucking dirty lololol it was so blatant, I know I shouldn’t be laughing…rofl but that foul was the most blatant foul. Pittman is gonna get fined and he should be suspended.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 4:59pm #672783

IndianaBasketballParticipantBoth Haslem AND Pittman should be suspended. Just wow…
There’s a difference between physical and dirty. That’s sad man.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:02pm #672790

HaleParticipantIf Bosh didn’t go down or if any role player on the Heat made wide open jump shots it EASILY could’ve been done in 5.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:03pm #672785

Bvilleballer21ParticipantIndiana, didn’t you say that Indiana would win in 6?
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:03pm #672786

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantVery stupid of them to do this. They just risk Lebron and Wade getting hurt in game 6.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:06pm #672788

IndianaBasketballParticipantI’ve said from the beginning this would be a 6 or possibly even 7 game series. And that was towards the people who said the Pacers would be swept or lose in 5.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:09pm #672789

IndianaBasketballParticipantWOW… Just looking at that play with Stephenson and Pittman…
Just wow… Just wow… Looking at Stephenson’s knee afterwards. Just wow. That’s just dirty.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:10pm #672798

HaleParticipantI’m just saying don’t act all high and mighty because you could’ve (should’ve really) been deadass wrong. Not to mention you changed your mind and said the Pacers would win in 6 a few days ago.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:14pm #672796
billykParticipantMaybe if Granger wasn’t trying to act like a goon, ALL of this “fouling” would not be happening…
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:14pm #672797

IndianaBasketballParticipant - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:18pm #672799

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantAbsolutely no need for that foul by Pittman. The game is already won.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:19pm #672800

IndianaBasketballParticipantI don’t care how much jawing goes on. The Pacers have played physical all series and they’ve played physical all season. The Heat have played dirty.
Wade’s foul on Collison. Haslem’s foul on Hansbrough. And then Pittman’s foul on Stephenson.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:26pm #672808

HaleParticipantLet me rephrase: You’d have to be in denial to think the Pacers haven’t been extremely lucky in this series. Every jump shooter Miami has had gone cold. I’m not talking like contested shots either, like literally wide open shots and they are shooting like under 30%. Not to mention that Chris Bosh guy has missed a few games. Don’t give me any ref crap either because we all knew the Heat were going to get calls all postseason.
"I think it’s funny people are hanging on to my every word. Get off of my n*ts… I’m a realist, but I’m a fan of my sqaud too. Of course I want them to win."
I’m not on your nuts. You’re one of my 5 favorite posters on the site, and I agree with you 90% of the time. Don’t come at me because I’m making a logical statement. You’re throwing out a bunch of nonsense here. I never said you can’t root for your team or that you can’t want them to win or even that you can’t think they will win. I’m just saying that honestly the Pacers are very lucky to still be playing and I think that should be quite obvious, even to you.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:26pm #672802

IndianaBasketballParticipant@Y2G
High and mighty? Please… Because I think it’s crazy to use the IF game? What team can’t use IF? And how do you know that this series wouldn’t have been close? I don’t see how there’s a way for you to know that.
And the Pacers were up 2-1 playing game four at home… Looking like they had all of the momentum. As a fan of the team, why wouldn’t I think they could win this series in 6 games? But if you look back at what I’ve said consistently…. The Heat should win this series in 6 games.
I think it’s funny people are hanging on to my every word. Get off of my n*ts… I’m a realist, but I’m a fan of my sqaud too. Of course I want them to win.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:31pm #672811

llperezjust saw the replays. I wouldnt suspend haslem although that was clearly dirty and he deserved to be kicked out of the game. But pitman has to be suspended, not that that means much to the heat.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:34pm #672815

HaleParticipantWay to completely misinterpret what I said. It’s whatever man, this is not worth arguing about.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:39pm #672813

IndianaBasketballParticipantOkay, you’re right. The Pacers have been extremely lucky. They should’ve been swept. Stood no chance this series.
Let’s see if they can get extremely lucky again next game and push it to a game seven.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:52pm #672833

HaleParticipantWhat have you misinterpreted? How about this?
What I said: "If Bosh didn’t go down or if any role player on the Heat made wide open jump shots it EASILY could’ve been done in 5."
What you think I said: "Heat would’ve easily won in five IF Bosh didn’t get injured. IF they hit open jump shots."
The high and mighty comment had more to do with the basking you’ve done over the past week or so with Indiana’s success (which tbh is understandable). You did change your pick, and the Pacers have been extremely lucky that Miami lost their All Star big among other things. Don’t know how you can honestly argue that.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:52pm #672828

IndianaBasketballParticipantHow have I misinterpreted anything you’ve wrote? I mean, what you’ve written is clear as day.
Heat would’ve easily won in five IF Bosh didn’t get injured. IF they hit open jump shots.
You wrote I was acting "high and mighty" because I asked you were you really using IF’s due to the fact almost every team can play the IF game right now. Then you went on to try to call me out and said I changed my pick.
You wrote the Pacers have been extremely lucky in this series.
I mean, I don’t know what you really want dude…
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 5:55pm #672838
Jlv2012have others pick fights for them. First, Juwan Howard, then Haslem, and finally Pittman. Who’s next, Pat Riley?
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 6:01pm #672837

For_Never_EverParticipantChilllax out guys. I don’t see why this is getting this far and personnel.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 6:02pm #672843
417basketballfanParticipantits safe to say that the heat are the dirtiest team in the league and they flop more then any team in the league..
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 6:11pm #672845
417basketballfanParticipantI don’t call beating a team by 20 in any game is luck.. but that’s just me. The heat are the better team right now but I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes 7. lebron had to play his best game of the year stat wise and wade had a great game to in game 4 and it was still a close game. the pacers are very good at home and the heat wont roll over the pacers like they did tonight
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 6:12pm #672844

IndianaBasketballParticipantThe Pacers played the Heat tough two games during the regular season with Chris Bosh. It took the Heat OT to win one game and the Pacers won by 18 the last game. The Pacers were a team that got a lot better the 2nd half of the season.
I’ve said all along I thought the Pacers could make this a 6 game series. I think it would’ve been close even with Chris Bosh. I’ve said consistently the Pacers do things well that could help them in the playoffs. They defend, rebound, have a deep team, make their free-throws and get contributions from everyone.
I don’t feel they were extremely lucky at all. Even with Bosh, the Pacers are still bigger and a better rebounding team.
It’s whatever… Regardless, I like what the Pacers have going forward and other than this game, am OK with what they’ve done this series.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 10:16pm #672895
B EazyParticipantWho cares ladies….Thunder vs. Spurs should be for the NBA title anyways lets be honest.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 10:39pm #672896

omphalosParticipantDoes anyone else think it’s time to put Collison back in with the starting unit? Whenever he’s come on off the bench he’s lead a run, and while I like George Hill, you need a PG who can exploit the weakness of Miami at the 1, and I just feel Collison is better suited to do that with his scoring instincts.
I hope Vogel tries something new, because the Pacers are struggling mightily these past two games, and the Heat have figured out their MO, adjust your gameplan or lose.
