Hello there, just one question regarding knee problems. I had 3 consecutive knee collisions in 3 weeks, and all in the same knee. I can feel pain when I land after jumping, is their a knee support for this kind of problem? thanks!

not really, it hurts but not that much, its like above the knee cap.
same thing happened to me it will heal by itself eventually, just stay away frm physical activities for a few days

If your not carefull you could end up like me and have to have surgery. Try not to explode to hard off of it and if you can avoid it try not to land on it after you jump. Try and land on btu feet. Also, practice jumping off of the opposite leg. That will only help you in the long run also.

You want to get what is called a hinged brace. Mcdavid is the best brand and this is the kind of brace with the best support and likeliness that you will not get hurt.

You start a thread saying that you have had knee collisions, like anyone here’s supposed to know what that means, and then you ask for help. If it hurts real bad, then go see a doc.
