HayatoKanzaki1ParticipantFirst of all, I’ve just completed my mock draft. Could some of you please give me feedback on it and tell me what you think? Also if you’re a team and you had picks 1 and 2 in this draft which 2 would you build around and why? Me, I’d choose Brandon Ingram and Kriss Dunn. I know some of you would say Simmons and Ingram but I think a scoring small forward along with an NBA ready PG would do for me.

220ParticipantIt looks pretty good to me. The only thing that looked surprising was Gary Payton II going to the Warriors in the first round. It’s not impossible, but I found it surprising. The Lakers had a similarly surprising pick last year taking Larry Nance Jr at the end of the first round and he was solid so perhaps GPII will have a similar surprising path.

binetParticipantI think Simmons is way more likely than Ingram to be a bust, but he seems to be the guy that could take over and carry the team as the face of the franchise from day 1, Ingram does not. The way both appears in interviews and in the media, Simmons seem way more NBA ready in handling talks and everything, even if from a locker room standpoint or motivations, there are doubt, the guy is more of a media guy. Philly needs someone like him more than a talented introverted player like Ingram. The rebuilding process is not only talent, but also fame and media related.
